Diane Oceanfront Suites

We stayed for just one night, but absolutely loved this hotel! It was spotless and located right on the Broadwalk—such a perfect spot. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better.

We only found out as we were checking out that you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas through the office, so we’ll definitely take advantage of that next time

Beautiful hotel right on the beach. The sunrises are spectacular right from your room. Staff was so friendly. Location is perfect for Hollywood beach. Everything is in walking distance. The rooms were spotless and new.

The location is key. Beautiful and you can walk to anything you would need.

The front door knob was falling off, we had no hot water and the air conditioner could not have been louder!

Location

This hotel is a DUMP and they try to cover it up with bleach. When you get there you are charged $25 per night for parking. A kitchenette where you are told to leave everything clean but no dish soap, no sponge no paper towels nothing is available.

i liked having a kitchenette. The staff was amazing and welcoming. For me I expected a little more quiet but it's on the beach so that is why we booked it. Lots of restaurants and boardwalk was nice.

Didn't like that they charged $30.00 night for parking. It's a little too close to Margaritaville so it tended to be loud with people traffic and music. If you want a romantic getaway this is not it. Just basic hotel. Really basic.

They went out of their way to help. Perfect location

Property was kept in immaculate shape. Very comfortable and modern decor. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is right in the middle of Broadwalk with restaurants, markets and shops all within walking distance. Will definitely book this again without any reservations. A one place to enjoy Hollywood beach!

Nothing at all!

This hotel was perfect in every way! As soon as we got there, the staff was immediately helpful and cheerful. Check in and out was a breeze. Our room was clean, beautiful and surprisingly quiet even though the hotel is located in between two great restaurants. The shower was always full-pressured and hot (or cold if you needed to cool down from the beach!) Right outside our room were chairs to wake-up and watch the sunrise, drink coffee, and people watch. We were on the second floor and we loved the elevated view. Every morning the staff swept and mopped the whole patio/balcony. Lastly, the Diane is literally 10 steps to the sand! We really couldn't asked for a better experience in a hotel on Hollywood Beach! I already can't wait to go back.

The location is the only thing going for them.

They make you buy and rent beach chairs and towels. At $1500 for 4 nights that’s absolutely insane.

We were greeted by Mercy at the front desk who was super friendly and helpful during our stay. The beautiful ocean front view from the balcony was just what we needed to kick off our trip prior to leaving for a cruise. Located right on the boardwalk with lots of shopping/drinking/dining options within walking distance. The room had cold A/C, plenty of space for a family of 4, tea tree spa soaps available in the shower and a kitchenette with full size fridge for our convenience. I would def book this hotel again. I definitely recommend!

No water pressure in the toilet, hard to flush a number 2. Not cute when you’re traveling with your bf. The bathroom sink however had way too much water pressure and got me all wet the first time I used it. If somehow you could split the difference that’s be perfect.

Only thing that bothered me was i asked for mo one in my room and cleaning came in one day even though I had sigh not to

Great location! Close to several grocery stores and wonderful restaurants. Easy to walk the boardwalk. Nice outside area to sit and relax. Staff is excellent!
