La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ft. Lauderdale Airport

Room was clean but outdated. I had to use a key to turn the tv on the remote. Was never able to adjust the volume either on the remote or on the actual TV controls.

Carpets need major replacement, specially in the hallways. Since this hotel accepts pets you can feel the smell lingering around. Otherwise, the price was good.

Breakfast was out of bagels, coffee creamer, orange juice. We were there 1 hour before closing. Hostess was behind closed door when we tried to ask for assistance

Breakfast and airport shuttle

It wasn't the hotel, but there was a lady in the room next to me with young children that she was't doing a good job of controlling. They screamed and hollered almost continuously while awake and she didn't once attempt to correct their behavior.

Shuttle staff were EXCELLENT!! Polite, friendly, accommodating and above and beyond service! Appreciated them tremendously !!!

Room comfortable..perhaps a bit more selection on breakfast buffet. Location to airport and cruise port was perfect!!

Side door did not unlock with key. Told front desk twice. They didn?t seem to care at all said it sometimes doesn?t work ???

One of the things we were looking for was a shuttle service to and from the airport. It was advertised as a service however the service was not available when we were leaving and needed it. I feel like we should be reimbursed for our $20 Uber charge.

The bed was on the floor. The walls are paper thin could hear the snoring from the next room like they were in room with us. The room doors all shut very loudly, so slamming doors all night. Very loud hotel. Pool and hot tub need maintenance.

Waited over 2 1/2 hrs for shuttle to come by as every time we phoned the number we got either answering machine or fax machine. Finally ended up getting a Lyft to the hotel Front desk told me if it gets busy they put phone on hold

the sofa looked like the ones found on the curb outside a frat house. Torn, worn out, sagging pillows and seat

The front staff is very friendly and helpful. The entrance area is well-kept.

The elevator is very slow. You think of taking the stairs after a while but the stairs access is from outside and the swipe on that door does not work. Lot of clutter near the elevator The rooms were clean but need to be updated.

I?m waiting Monday to check if they credited my safety deposit of 75.00$ So far my credit card was charged.

Airport shuttle and front desk support. Several attempts to call for shuttle and didn't answer until 7th call. Then told 30 minute wait.

I always enjoy the view of the pool and the lake from my hotel window

I wish the continental breakfast had more options for vegans

Loud yet complaining neighbours. Needs a real renovation, holes all over the roofs and cockroaches. Not worth the price and star

From the morning of sleeping night, I. Woke up with bites all over my leg and both back arm. Not sure if the bites was from the bed but roaches were all over the room and bathroom

Very nice hotel. Great location. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Room was spacious.

Breakfast could¿ve been better. Sausage was inedible. Eggs were watery. Waffles stuck to the waffle maker. Not many choices. Rooms could use USB outlets.

Staff was excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable.

The wait for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was 40 minutes from the time I called from the pick up point. During that time I saw other hotel shuttles come by for the second and third time.

The staff was great, clean and quite area. We loved the shuttle driver, staff was great. We reported an issue that was never resolved, the commode ran constantly.

We reported as soon as we went to our room and came back down to go eat that the commode was continuously running. The gentleman at the front desk said he would send someone while we went out to eat to check on it and service it.
