Hollywood Beach Marriott

Customer service was excellent. Everyone there was pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed being able to borrow bikes to ride along the boardwalk, at the hotel. Also, the champagne and snacks were a nice touch. The two days there were very memorable. Thank you

Too short of a stay!

Location was great and the staff was amazing

A bit pricey and they charge mucho for parking and insist you have to exit parking by 11 am sharp

The proximity to the beach.

This is not a complaint but more of a suggestion. The hotel gives you 2 complimentary beach chairs, it would be great if they offered a waiter to take drink orders and maybe service at the beach and the pool. The pool could use a more supervisions.

The location is fabulous, the lobby/ appearance is very nice

The hotel offers only 2 beach chairs, they pack all the chairs up at 5PM. They offer of, but weird that you have to stand on line and ask for the items from the front desk. Pool is smallish and crowded. For the price charged, wouldn't recommend.

Noisy A/C unit in room

We recieved the wrong room and the staff was rude and did not give us what we paid for

The hotel is poorly managed. The staff was rude. The Front desk assistant  was the only one that treat us well. Definitely poor service. The stay was similar to a Motel stay.

Loved the location. Had a great time

There¿s a $25 daily parking fee plus $20 daily entertainment? Fee. I wasn¿t made aware of at check in.

The room was nice, the location was good or Hollywood boardwalk.

The staff, very rude person was the security person who refused to even acknowledge me when we had a problem with the AC. I came down at 4am and she didnt look up or care, then glared at me and said "do you have a problem?" She was busy on her phone.

Excelente location, family oriented environment, and accesible to other restaurants and nice amenities.

I expected Las Olas Blvd. or similar. But this was so much better... you cannot beat beach-front 350 ft from bed to bedroom. The staff was fantastic! the area quiet yet fun with dining options and entertainment. 100% sure I will return!!!

Some furniture and carpeting need renovation.

We arrived on a Monday and were allowed early check in. The hotel was the perfect distance from restaurants on the boardwalk. The beach did not have too many people at any point. (Jet ski rentals next to the hotel!)

The comforter under the sheets was dirty on both queen beds.

The beach is beautiful and the location is great.

We had trouble at check in, it was late and a person with complaints cut in front of us. All the restaurants and bars at the hotel were closed by 11 pm on a Friday night. Quite an unwelcomed surprise.

it is on beach but overpriced for the rooms

gave me 2nd floor rom and slider did not lock. I had to work with maintenance 1 hr to get this fixed. I asked for 2 drink tickets. That is all. Manager approved 1 ticket. Guess what, I put it all on the web Ms. Manager, so pls learn.

The staff was so nice and cordial. They were always trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Drinks and food was excellent. I would come back again. My children were never bored because the hotel is on the boardwalk on the beach.

We had been there six years ago and as we imagine the stay was great and were looking forward to returning again next year.t

They do not have microwaves in the rooms, they have the refrigerators but I like popcorn in the evening.

Great location right on the ocean.clean rooms.staff was very friendly and helpfull.Overall a very nice hotel.

The food and drinks were a bit over priced they had no continentile breakfast and the view wasnt great we were on the 3rd floor facing south the beech is east

Right on the beach, with a beautiful outdoor bar and restaurant. Incredible location! Our room was actually ready EARLIER than promised!! What a great surprise. Staff was great.
