This was listed as a mystery 3-star hotel, but in reality this is an extremely cheap motel. The property is run-down, with strong urine odors in some parts of the exterior, and a strong smoke smell in my room. There was peeling paint on the shower tub.

The hot water it’s not working and only you get to know when you check in so it is kind of late to find another hotel

Location is close to everything: Dining, shopping, groceries, expressway

The staff was the best thing about the stay.

Needs a total renovation. Spend some money to make some money. The faucet handle came off but I put it back on. If it wasn't for this being one of the only places to have a vacancy I would have left.

The picture of the room that I booked, had a fridge and microwave. My room did not. There were foreign hairs on the toilet seat when I arrived. TV did not work when I arrived, however they did fix it. The pictures on the website were very misleading.

There was absolutely nothing I liked about the hotel. The front desk clerk was close about where to go to breakfast, where the best location to enter for the hotel room. She was oblivious to any of our concerns.

The room was not clean , the toilet did not flush sink had to fix the handle Everytime . I had to go get my key changed three times . And it was so inconvenient to go get it reset every time because door would not open .

None of it. It?s horrible. I?m not kidding.

All of it. It has almost none of the amenities listed. No spa. No restaurant. No tiki bar. No mini fridge. No microwave. No rooms that don?t have adjoining rooms. The fitness center was off property. The pool was mediocre. The room was musty and smelled.

That I could easily checkout at 2am to change hotels. That is after I dragged all my luggage down two flights of stairs...across a broken up brick courtyard and to an unsecured parking lot that they were going to charge $6 per day to park in.

The staff was beyond kind and friendly and helpful. I'll stay there again just for that.

The cleaning staff stole my daughter?s jewelry from the room. Even after confronting them and them seeing how distraught my daughter was they continued to lie. Probably the worst hotel I have ever been to.

The gardens were beautiful and secluded.

No elevators. The room had old rugs. The enamel on the bathtub was peeling off.

Best thing about the hotel was the convenient location in Pembroke Pines.

This is a very old hotel and its apparently renovating some of the rooms, but as of right now the rooms still have very old carpet which was outrageously dirty; as in incapable of properly cleaning and made the room smell musty. They're also no elevators.
