The room was in bad shape. The whole bathroom needed to be gutted and remodeled. The floors, bathtub, walls were in bad condition. Pieces of the ceiling was coming off. The sink cabinet was falling apart. The bathtub was stained.

Nothing at all the pictures on the site were very misleading. The two rooms I was assigned had mold in the bathrooms and overall the rooms were smelly and dirty.

The worst hotel in Florida. They charged me when I went. I couldn't sleep there. It was garbage and dirty.

Pool was dirty, water levels were low, there were plastic bags floating for 2 days. Bed spread had burn holes in it. Room was in a hall that made it very dark. Unmatched towels and no hangars. Door chain was broken and no lock on bathroom window.

Aside from the price online, the hotel charge $22 at check in. An additional $50-$30 for early checking in. The bathrooms are filled with black mold including the shower walls, shower curtain. The mini fridge not sanitized. Remote control doesn?t work

Very outdated! Office staff very rude. Fire alarm hanging off wall by wires and a plastic bag wrapped around the alarm itself. Pretty sure if there was a fire, we would die!

Front desk person was rude. She left us standing there while checking in, while she went out and visited with friends. Then walked across the street to talk with someone else. When she finally came back to the front desk, she was talking on the phone,

Location to the airport, shuttle service (very nice driver), pool was clean. Room was average. Bed comfortable. Toilet slow filling up so would not flush sometimes.

Air conditioner seem outdated and did not cool the room well. Bathroom fixtures and shower could stand a little updating too.

Although it was a non smoking room, it had clearly been a smoking room in the past. Smelled bad!

Ants in the bathroom behind toilet wasn¿t clean hair in bathroom and the blanket on bed was irritating my skin.

Friendly Staff, I had a very late arrival and after a couple of phone calls, they handled it very well.

Needs an update, shabby. But bedding clean and good. Tv worked refrigerator worked. All was good.

Nothing at all worse hotel ever was having surgery when there to stay n recover soon as I check in I check out you have mold everywhere dirty smell like cigarettes dirty everywhere. They still haven't return my money..

Molding,dirty, smell like cigarettes, soon as I got there I canceled it's been 7 days still haven't got my money back. They do not record cancellations with authorization numbers at all....want my money back
