Would I like best is the atmosphere and two employees at the hotel they were the best

Only one employee that I did not like at all even for my second visit and she has been there four to five years and has a very angry Persona to her to customers I do not like Taylor very dislike out of the whole hotel experience is her

The rooms the location the atmosphere to two steps away from the beach and two steps away from the poolsAnd my refund and my refund was returned instantly after check out awesome

One employee I do not like if you are going to be working at a job for 4 to 5 years then you better have like your job to help customers if not find a new career but Hotel employee were the best they

The location was great.

The room setup was goofy. Theres a lamp hanging from the ceiling that sits directly in front of the television. The knobs for the water in both the bathroom sink and shower were broken and easily came off. The toilet was a public restroom style toilet.

Staff was rude and dismissive, wasn't given the room I reserved, price charged was different than quoted, no fan control in room, no kitchen accessories, not even an ice cube tray. Took over an hour and half to get an ironing board. The list goes on.

Outdated bad beds and out of code stairs

Very helpful staff especially the maintenance man. He was out working and greeted me every time.

Location is great, pool is great, rooms have balconies. The rooms on south side have best view & no traffic nor drawbridge noise.

Elevators are the downfall of this property, ONLY 2 ELEVATORS FOR 32 FLOORS.

The way security ran things at the pool security was way too up tight when the pool is private acccess

Room was updated. Didn't have enough space in the dislike box so here it is, no security at all. The other guests were loud and playing loud music till 3:00 AM

There was nobody there at the motel after 6:00 PM. Was contacted by phone letting us no this and if we wanted to check in after 6:00 they wanted us to send them our a copy of our credit card and drivers license via pictures over the phone. No way.

Staff was very nice! The front desk women let us check in early. Excellent location

There's no pool but the ocean is literally steps away.

The hotel room was charming with basic amenities and the hotel location was fairly close to FLL. The hotel location was within feet from the beach and boardwalk. If you spend you time on the beach and exploring the area you will not be disappointed.

The hotel was rated at 3 star. This was a good rating for this hotel and the hotel location was a 4 star. I got what I expected.

It was a small hotel with great location to the beach. The staff was very responsive to our needs and made us feel very comfortable. I would recommend the Sun Beach Inn.

The hotel didn't have a pool but other than that it was great.
