room was smal they charge for parking on their peoperty then a resort fee on top that.

The location

I am 83 and my friend is 78. There are no elevators and no help. The receptionist and another girl brought our bags up. Since we left early the next morning we had to bring them down.

Nice amenities. Clean, he heated pool. Close to boardwalk.

Front desk staff were not very warm and friendly. Bathroom layout not great for travelers.

The AC didn't work, you had to pay for parking and there weren't enough spots for everyone to park. There was a loud open racket ball court directly across the street the was very noisy.

Updated, modern furniture. Nice shower

Location across the street from beach No early check in Got disturbed by cleaning staff at 10 and 10.30 am on day of departure which was prior to check out time. Sheets were not clean.

This hotel is in a prime spot - just a short walk to the beach and more. Our room was spacious; staff was kind and helpful. We loved the tiki bar on site and met some wonderful return guests - we plan to return, as well.

The hotel "upgraded" me to a junior suite that had one bed instead of two. It was extremely loud and the bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen

The coversheet had old stain on it. And based on other review, they might have a problem, when they wash the linens. Stains don't appear to come out. Manager is not on site, Or at least not every day. No coffee in room, you have to buy it.

It was disgusting, dirty, stunk like mildew. Didn't stay there left as soon as we got there! Open door to an alley with garbage and kids smoking!

The management does not respond to complaints and if you do get someone they tell you that someone will get to you tomorrow, which never happens. If you dare to book this place check your linens ours had blood stains, rust marks, and dried candle wax.

everything, hold time on phone is unexceptable. staff not very friendly. Didn't like the idea of two adult men sharing a room and the other bed option was a futon. i feel like i was robbed paying 21 dollars to park with no sticker or anything to car

Great new room, very well laid out and quiet. A lot of thought had obviously gone into making the most of a relatively small space. Apart from the creaking box spring issue, we would definitely stay here again in the future. Staff were very friendly.

The mattress was great, but the box spring creaked like crazy every time we moved and kept us awake.

A delayed flight got me to hotel late. The parking lot was double parked. People were doing drugs around the pool. The reception desk was closed, a call back number was posted, which did not pick up or call back. I was forced to go stay somewhere else

It's right on the beach behind the shops on the boardwalk. Room was clean with a little kitchenette.

The room is great, the bathroom is small.

It was right next to the beach and looked like they had just remodeled the furniture and appliances in the room.
