Location was great

Under construction so they are trying. It was odd walking in. The place is a bare mess and our floor smelled awful. They are remodeling and the room itself was clean and nice. But nothing nice to say about everything else. Might be great in a few years!

The customer service is magnificent! The hotel is being renovated and this will add to the great location. I have stayed there in the past and was glad to go back! Love, love, love the customer service!!!

Luggage was a problem, had to stop in an alley and unload, parking was a block away and $20 a day, Hotel fee of $22 a day for What? No breakfast. Hotel was still under renovation with drilling, sawing and hammering beginning at 8 a.m.

Friendly and accomodating staff

Bathroom too small. No counter space.

Location.Location. Reasonably priced including parking in this location if come with a car.

While there are numerous options for dinning and drink, I wished the hotel had a bar/quick bite place at the hotel.

I found a lizard at the meadow of night at the bathroom and I was very creepy. And when I tell to the lady at the lobby she said is normal and she was laughing ? and that set ..

The location is fabulous! The ocean view was wonderful and the staff was very kind.

Our room was on the third floor above a restaurant. Every afternoon there would be a STRONG odor from the kitchen two floors below. The smell of burning grease would enter through the bathroom drains. There was no vent (fan or AC) in the bathroom to help.

Beachfront. Very Clean. Older building - Newly renovated.

The beds were hard as a rock. Terrible. Poor quality mattresses. They should have invested more in mattresses when renovating.

Staff was not very friendly. Very uncomfortable with fact they took a copy of my license and credit card without asking. Believe illegal. Also was not told large tents will block ocean view we paid for

Hotel was gross. Drain was clogged. Bugs in room. Hotel had a weird smell. Unfriendly staff. Doesn¿t look anything like pictures.

Location and modern decor mixed with old art deco building was great

The fact that every window was sealed and could not be opend was unfortuante. Being that close to the ocean and not being able to hear it and get an ocean breeze in the room was the only disappointment.

The hotel room was minimally cleaned. Floor has sand and dirt. Bathroom since had hair on it. Towels were stained.

Location cannot be beat. Lobby was clean. Coffee every morning. Great staff. Housekeeping was great.

Size of room was not the best but we don¿t go to the beach to sit in the room.

The Sheldon Hotel is directly on the boardwalk at Hollywood Beach. It is located midway on the boardwalk so it is a perfect location. It is directly next to the Margaritaville Hotel. It is close to all restaurants and shops. Only a few feet from the beach

The bathroom was tiny. There were no shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. There was no room on the sink itself for toiletries.

room faucet fell apart, told front desk, nothing was done to fix it.

The staff was not very friendly. They seemed to always be fighting with each other.

Where it was located.

Not very friendly and rooms are dated. They could at least have a dresser or place to put your luggage on. Only a bed, night stand and TV hanging on the wall with wires everywhere. Safe didn¿t work. Bathroom you need to straddle the toilet to sir. N

air conditioner didn't work and not one usb port in the room. very dissapointed with those 2 things.
