Location.

Staff wasn¿t on premises. Texts, calls usually went unanswered. No info on wifi, check in/out. Room was clean except for shower curtain was disgusting. Wound up removing the inner curtain.

Close to beach and restaurants. 7 minutes drive to FLL airport.

A little outdated but had everything.

The location was good. Walking distance to the beach. Very homey and quaint. Cute patio and beach chairs for guest use. If you are just there for the beach and don't have big suitcases, it would probably be a nice place to stay.

Tiny room. Even tinier bathroom. No free parking which felt odd. Old bedding. Old flat pillows. Glad we were only there overnight. No place to put anything.

The fact that they were thoughtful enough to leave instructions for us on the office door upon our late arrival.

Yes. We arrived late, after the office closed and upon arrival discovered our bed sheets were used/dirty. We opted to sleep in our clothes without showering and left as soon as we woke up. Coffee was bad, and breakfast cereal was stale. Not good for us.

Beach feel. New beds and bed covers would make it much better (at least in my room #15) I took a look at the bigger rooms and they looked much nicer.

Very friendly, great vibe, very close to beach. Super enjoyed it. The Hotel Employee was very accommodating

The location was amazing. The staff was helpful and able to accommodate me when I made a mistake in booking, even brought us cookies one day! I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed stayed here!

We could not find a staff to check us in we had to call a automatic service like literally 10 time to get some one to come over with a key.

Room was cozy & clean. Loved the courtyard!

Unfortunately, loud construction was taking place feet away!

Squeaky pipes, can wake you up early. Depending on if the rooms are full.

The location is what I liked about the property.

The bed sheets had hair of different sizes stuck to it, bathroom sink was broken, bathroom tub had hair stuck and brown stains, the towel in bathroom was arranged nicely but also had stain. I spoke with the owner who listened patiently and had someone come over and change sheets and give more clean towels. The person came and while changing sheets said you didn’t pick a 5 star place!! I paid over $150 for one king size bed and I can at least expected CLEAN sheets, towels, and tub!

The location is the best part in here. Just 3 min walk, you'll be already at the boardwalk. Plus the convenience of checking in. It may sound weird or not safe but I checked in without my identity being verified. I might be the wrong person but who cares.lol I got the pass code over text and just went in. I just stayed overnight tho.

The towels seemed dirty, smells not washed, the towel holder in the bathroom was broken, there was tv but its remote wasn't working. So it was not fun.

Nothing...except Booking.com

Soap scum in bathroom & we couldn't shower. Light would not go out. Switches didn't work. Tried to call the front desk but never could reach anyone and no one called me back. NEVER saw staff entire time. Couldn't sleep with light on. Sheets on bed had strains of hair. Filthy.

Older run-down facility. Lumpy bed. Lighting sucked.

It's about 17 miles from Fox car rental. Very quiet area mostly industrial. I slept pretty good. Booking.com didn't send the reservation in time. So had to pay almost the full price. Couple was helpful.

Isolated spot but it's quietness was what I needed.

Property was extremely unresponsive to emails and calls. When we arrived, our room was open and the keys were left inside the room, which we didn’t feel comfortable with and no one was in the office to assist us. We decided to leave and book another hotel because of these things.
