the people in the room above me came home from drinking at 330am and were noisy till 430am. keep me up and I had a 8 am flight. so my sleep was disturbed.

It was so close to everything very clean and easy to find! Host was very communicative

Great location. The apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a fun weekend at the beach. The place was spacious and found it very accommodating. Would definitely consider booking there again.

Low water pressure in the shower but it wouldn't deter us from coming back :)

The property wasn't cleaned properly, not before the arrival, nor after an additional request.None of the additional requests like a crib or a highchair were accommodated, even though were explicitly promised.

Nothing- it was perfect for our stay

The room was very comfortable and very close to the beach. I would say from our door to the beach was about 200 ft give or take. Room was very clean. Even though we were close to the boardwalk the noise level was reasonable and actually quieter than expected.

The water pressure was a little low in the bathroom as well as the hot water but the water was warm enough to shower.

Close to the beach, clean and loved that beach chairs and umbrella are provided! Ceiling fans are a plus to me! Nice area to sit outside and have morning coffee. Dual purpose Keurig with a brew pot and one cup brew options are another appreciated amenity.

Would suggest more washcloths and towels be provided for an 8 night stay.

How close it was to the beach and walking distance and the home vibe that I had were innocent, you could have cooked your own meals and still feel at home

Or less the parking but at the end of the day, there’s really no complaints

It was great for our needs because we wanted a private bedroom with sleeper sofa. I loved the location because it was right by beach and boardwalk. We had so much fun on the boardwalk sat night. It is a must do. We may bring other family back another time.

I loved how close it was to the beach and the amenities. The owner was very friendly and always responded to our needs.

When we booked the room, the host immediately sent a message with clear instructions on how to find the hotel and where to get the key. Throughout our stay, he was always responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions — it was very pleasant and appreciated.The location is just perfect! Only a couple of steps from the sea, with restaurants, a promenade, and everything you need within walking distance. The room had everything necessary. It was clean and comfortable.We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to our friends.

Location was great. Apartment was clean and the kitchenette was well stocked. Good value overall.

Two minor issues. The shower was disappointing. The water strength and pressure were barely adequate. Also, the air conditioning vent was in the bedroom and directed toward the bed. There was no way of adjusting the vent so that the cold air would not hit you in the face as you were trying to sleep.

Nice proximity to beach. Chairs, umbrella and beach towels included. Parking was reasonably priced.

Seemed run down. Shower was very small. AC did not cool the bedroom down. Seemed stuffy. Neighbors were smoking weed and the smell kept entering our apartment. Door code was annoying, it only worked after about 6 tries every time we used it.

I had the best stay for my mini birthday trip. Normally I book hotels but this time I wanted something different and this location was exactly what I wanted. It was small but perfect for just my son and I. It felt like we lived in Florida! Marco was great with checking in and gave us details about the area and some of the hot spots. Very close and convenient to the beach. Plates, napkins, beach chairs, pots and pans, you name it! I was able to buy groceries for the time I was there! I would definitely come back and stay here again, thank you!

Ease of stay, clean and well thought of many details. There are hooks everywhere to hang towels, there was coffee, coffeemaker, great ways to charge things by bed, chairs and umbrellas for beach. We had three in the room, could’ve fit four but may have been crowded. Loved our stay and if I needed to reach out to Marco I felt comfortable to do so. But we just had a great stay and didn’t need to!

Things needing help at your place, but didn’t bother us, just may want to look into for future….Water leaks out of shower because shower curtain is short. May cost a lot of repairs later if you fix sooner. Drain in bathroom also smells (sewer like), may just need a deep cleaning. Neither of these bothered us, just used extra towels and kept bathroom door closed. Overall such a great place to stay though, highly recommend!!

Cooking utensils worn and pans were scratched. Bathroom shower extremely small with cold water. Sheets yellowed with a strange smell. Cockroach found in room. TVs frequently lost connection

Absolutely perfect.Chairs, umbrella and towels provided.Steps from the beach with all the amenities one could need.Will be back.
