Costa Hollywood Beach Resort - An All-Suite Hotel

Pool area, gym

Room was awful. Extremely outdated, dirty walls, lack of pillows and wash clothes, no smart tv, multiple items in room broken, balcony was not private ata ll and faced an indoor courtyard concrete wall, almost no sunlight. Water cooler in gym also broken

this time the pool was horribly dirty; waiters serve food on the pool ledge, and people eat while in the water. Also, the microwave in the room was completely rusted out; I asked for replacement but never happened

Cleanliness, very fast check in, most staff very courteous except one. Hotel employee at the front desk kept smiling the whole time, she was extremely courteous, she even gave us an upgrade on the room, for being our 3rd time renting at Costa Hollywood.

Yes that specific staff member (young, tall, slim, black hair male) I was approaching the elevator, carrying my 4 month old granddaughter. he cut in front of me, and practically closed the door on my face. The rest of the staff were exceptional.

Resort Fee was a surprise to us, a little annoying since it wasn’t posted anywhere.

Might have been coincidental but there were only AA's in the inside rooms. Only view of the HVAC units. Claiming it was a upgrade. Rather have a studio with view than a inside 1bdrm. Very disappointing.

The rooms were clean,spacious,the kitchen area was a plus.

I didn't like the location of the pool towels,when the pool is on the roof,but we had to go all the way to the 1st floor to get towels

Wasn't told when booking that there is a $45 amenity fee daily and Valet parking fee of $42 per night. Also one of the workers left with our keys to our vehicle.

Almost a month since booking and the hotel has not refunded our deposit. No explanations. We have no extra charges other than parking but they have no explanation as to why we haven?t received not been refunded.

Close proximity to the beach. The roof top area was very nice. Like that you had to use room key to access hotel elevators.

Hotel was good, but the lady at the desk, upon check out, wasn?t very personable.

My first-hand experience was when I called before the arrival, and the person who answered the call was very rude. Sirty comforters, curtains, mold in shower door. No bellboy fto help with luggage. Very rude staff.

Shared balconies for the suites, noisy neighbors. Smoking and partying all night.

The location close to the beach, not far from the airport was great

No option was available to have food from the rooftop restaurant delivered to my room. And unfortunately I was ill, and really couldn?t leave my bed. No complimentary breakfast available.

We had to wait in the hallway on the floor for engineering to come up. EMBARRASSING! It took 2 trips downstairs. We were finally given another room. We were given champagne for our trouble. I don?t drink.

My room the shower head was twisted off when I walked in and I fixed it, and the shower water pressure Also the sink stopper head was twisted off and I fixed it. Was bad.

we reserved a 2 bedroom suite with king beds. however, when we went to sleep, only 1 room had a king bed. the 2nd room only had a twin bed, not even a queen. the 2 guests in the smaller bedroom could hardly fit on the bed - horrible night of sleep.

The beach chair service and staff were absolutely fabulous?friendly, kind, respectful, and always eager to help. The valet staff was also welcoming and courteous. And of course, the location is unbeatable!

We felt the hotel was overpriced for the amenities provided. The hot tub was not functional, and the gym very small. Our room faced the road, and we experienced loud noise from partying and screaming throughout the night. Overpriced !
