Nothing, the front desk person is a very rude person.

I decided to not stay there, because the front desk person tried to rob me asking for a fee and parking fee totally abused

Location to the beach

Hotel is horrible, bathtub had paint falling off of it. Floors were dirty, refrigerator was rusty, remote to tv did not work and was reported to the hotel and was ignored.

wort experience with staff, they charged more $20 at check in and more $20 if you need to park, its important to mentioned it before we make the reservation, not after with no option to cancel without loose money.

Price and proximity to the Broadwalk

The pools were not close to my room and the breakfast area was also about 3 blocks away.

Late night party people outside being loud and disrespectful to others until 3:30 am. Makes it hard to sleep

Close to everything clean staff was great

Tv and WiFi didn’t work to good

Price

The room was not clean and had a strange smell. The room is in need of repairs.

Only location, although to get to the boardwalk you have to cross a major Blvd, with loads of cars zooming by. There is no crosswalk anywhere, and a few times I saw the end of my life in front of me, while dodging quickly passing cars.

The wall air-conditioning was extremely loud, and the smell in the room was like someone poured a gallon of bleach in the room.

The hotel has a scam with the parking. They have an operation going with the tow truck company and tow all cars with pass of without.

The location was perfect

There were a couple of fees we didn't know about. a resort fee and a parking fee which added over $35 to our stay.

It was near the beach.

I arrived early, called and ask if I could come to the hotel, Edd said that yes I could and that I could checking by 2 PM. I got there by 11 AM, left my luggage and went for a walk, came back at 1:30 PM and was left waiting until 4:00 PM to get my room.

Location

Dirty,not big enough ac for room size,took 30 minutes too check in,all the staff gather with their shopping carts in the morning.

Booked thus stay to evaluate from Hurricane Milton. Couldn't get there because evaluation route was clogged and no gas available to get there. Hotel refused to allow cancelation and refund the amount paid for the stay.

The beach is close by

Everything else sucked. The parking, the smell inside the hotel room, how old and not remodeled the rooms were and how I got two queens instead of a king bed. They also asked to pay my late check out thru staff for 100 dollars more

Beds are amazing and great location.

They are like different house around so you really can get in the other side of the street not necesary close to pool etc. You also have to pay the parking in other hotels they at least cover

Location

Felt unsafe when staff said my room number out loud for all guest to hear. They also discussed full information about my vehicle where others can hear. I was traveling alone for this stay and this check in issue made feel uncomfortable.

Bed was comfortable

That they were charging $19.00 parking fee witch wasn't on website. Said if you didn't pay it you would be towed .

The bed was the best The hotel played loud music until 1:30am not a low volume I mean loud Christmas music. When up stairs water turns on. The pipes make loud noise rumbling noise. Then once there the price went from --- to --- dollars.

Then there was an additional 20.00 for parking and a 100 deposit that is still pending. No thank you Dont go scam on price once u get there a new price u are charged.
