Extended Stay America Suites - Fort Lauderdale - Tamarac

The staff was very rude, and the room needed a lot of maintenance. old nd broken furniture. Nothing looked like the pictures. It said free hot breakfast, but all that was offered was cheap fruit bars and very bad quality wrapped muffins.

Rates were low but not low enough for the area.

Where to begin? Absolutely everything about this hotel is horrific. No electricity, constantly running bath water results in mold in the tub. No telephone or microwave because of non functional outlets. no hot water because of faucet doesn’t shut off.

This place was an absolute nightmare. The hotel was infested with roaches and the room smelled so bad. The linens looked dirty. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences imaginable, and I would strongly warn anyone to stay far away.

It was unclean, I so roaches, I did get comforter to cover even if asked. I was cool, I cash a cool due to the room was cold in the middle of the night, they didn't bring the comforter I asked. It was a bad experience. I had to change room, because I

I was unsafe, they change my room because I almost fell.

The first room 117 had bed bugs. I was bitten multiple times on my arms. Didn't even know what they looked like until then. Also, my tablet was left in the room and no one answered the phone.

Lady at reception was pleasant, she was by herself doing everything.

I arrived at hotel in night and my room was upstairs and there wasn't anyone to help with my luggage. So I had to take them up one by one myself. The door lock was broken, there wasn't any phone in room and there was this very odd swell (old smell).

Absolutely nothing!

The place is ROACH-INFESTED and it was known to the staff for a few months! EAR-PIERCING alarm at night and day depriving me from sleep. The bathtub?s drain was clogged and so was the vanity?s drain. The water in the tub covered half of my legs.

If I could give a -10 I would. It was the worst place I?ve ever been in. There was no one there to let us into our room. When finally in the room was so disgusting! Bugs, black stuff around and in the tub, and more, but I?m limited to how much I can write

Booked a room here and drove a hour to this room to be told they were fully booked after I paid my money for 2 nights. Employee was not a big help acted as if she was unbothered

The front desk was left unmanned. When I first arrived. I left to get food then came back And waited 15 min more. Until they finally showed.

Unfortunately there is nothing positive to say about this hotel.

Filthy, roaches throughout room. Complete rust all over refrigerator, various yellow/white stains on carpet. No toilet paper holder.? hanging off the wall on a spike. Very very dirty room.? first room toilet broken and smell from toilet stuff

There is a serious problem with roaches at this hotel, which I reported to the front desk. I requested an exterminator. I was told that ?all the rooms have roaches, and we cannot bring an exterminator.? Trash strewn on hallways. Not a garden spot.

Quiet area

Key card system was broken, low maintenance, trashy areas, no linens, agent had to physically let people into their rooms

There were huge ants other insects crawling all over the room including the bed and on me

There wasn?t anything enjoyable

The unprofessionalism, the uncleanliness and the fact they gave away my room after I paid.

I didn?t like ANYTHING!

For the first time in 10 years of staying at Extended Stay America this particular hotel in Tamarac was HORRIBLE!! The staff at the front desk was rude and barely spoke English. It?s right off an extremely busy boulevard where you can hear everything!!

Had a kitchen

The hotel room door did not lock. It could be pushed open with no key. Loud noises from maintenance work all day. Had to clear the room out and take all belongings so they wouldn't get stolen. (Door doesn't lock) Left early and stayed elsewhere.

Not one thing, horrible experience, I could've went somewhere else better for the same amount of money.

The room had two dead bugs in it. A horrible smell, and it was very dirty. Nothing was wiped down. It was dust everywhere, and the light fixture was broken in the bathroom.

Location next to where I needed to be the next day.

Rusty fridge/kitchen counter, vandalism on our parked car, and free breakfast being only oatmeal.
