The Harrison Hotel Downtown Hollywood FL, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The staff, room and the location was nice.

Two holds were placed on our CC for $255 and $130. The Front Desk Clerk that checked us out said “it was a night audit hold and not too worry it should be returned to us by Wednesday”. Just make sure to ask them that only place one hold on your CC.

Was put on a end room where the hallway light never goes out

Was not as advertised. Described as a 3 star hotel/casino . No casino. Hotel was not a 3 star. Very loud and dated. Other drunk Guests playing with giant sized “chess” and cornhole at 4 am right out side out room. Did not feel safe at this hotel.

The hotel has been ?remodel? for 3+ years. They?ve made improvements. It didn?t seem like a construction zone. The pool still closed, gym not available. It?s better.? it?s still gonna be what it?s always been, Ramada level.

Nothing, worse experience ever.

Scary place, humidity in the room , it was not as advertise, we left after 10 minutes, not safe for a family.

The location is great. Big Restraurant area. The staff was was nice. I was extremely happy that there was hardly anyone check in there so it was quiet.

The light fixture flickers. The bed linens had cigarette burns. The room smell molding. The bathroom was okay. Not sure but it seem like it was a motel turning hotel. The pool and patio was not working. I had paid in full for a non-refundable room.

Nothing, they lied about their amenities it's under renovation, the entire hotel is totally run down, the management is extremely rude, the price of the rooms considering how old and run down it is is absurd, do not step foot into this he'll hole,

I am requesting a refund, they are fraudulent

Location, as always. It¿s on Harrison, young circle/downtown Hollywood. Walk to Publix, restaurants, bars

Outdated¿it¿s ¿being updated¿? Pool still closed-for 9 months? Only a few rooms have been refurbished? Nothing aesthetically to the outside as of yet? Nothing to common areas, check in, elevators, stairwells?

I am asking for a refund purchased this place based on amenities and then proximity and availability due to conference. Once I had purchased I received a notification stating that they were under repair. This hotel was a disaster! Return my money!

Tell people before they pay that you are undergoing a major remodel and none of your services listed and amenities listed are available.

Is super expensive and is in bad condition.

Old hotel

We stayed over one night, the location was great! Walking distance to many cool bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is very quirky and charming, which I loved. The pool area was closed which was such a shame because it looked really nice.

I wish the pool had been open but it was under renovation so I understand

The staff was AMAZING!   the Front Desk/Concierge. the hard working Bellman, and last but, (Not at All Least), my Wonderful Room Attendant, ! Thank you for keeping my room well stocked, and clean!!

The neighboring Guests on my floor, we¿re drinking and arguing very loud. This is not the Hotel¿s fault though. There are lots of Nice Restaurants, Sports Bars, and Clubs nearby.

The hotel location is superb. The staff is very attentive.

Again, it need a mayor overhall including painting, ac and room rugs.

the drug dealing and people smoking Meth... all night slaming doors in room next to us ... scary people when i spoke to manager he said he did not know what Meth was... ?
