Shower pressure was great! Warm and hot water! Bedding was comfortable and clean. Good size TV

Their signage (no outside bev at pool; bar doesn’t open until 5pm!) (4!pm check in but 3pm “allowed”, $25 before 3pm) seems motel 6ish? Red roof?

The hours of the shuttle. I booked the hotel because it offered a shuttle but they stopped service at 11:00 pm and I was waiting around for 30 minutes before I called to confirm. The front desk employee was rude and I also had to pay for an Uber.

Everyone had to wait all day to get into there room people where sleeping the lobby

A/C was not working, mattress on bed falling apart, felt like u going to roll off the bed.

Hotel was clean, bed and towels were good. Staff was fine at check-in

NO breakfast included (MAYBE for their brand card holders?? but not sure if that even). No full length mirror in room.

Staff is very friendly, location is perfect for my needs, i have stayed here twice so far and the rooms have been very clean, comfy beds, on site restaurant has good food at a reasonable price.

We arrived early and the staff did an awesome job by storing our luggage and getting our rooms ready before the standard check in time. Give the staff a 11!!!!

The pool area was well maintained and the room was comfortable. There are several people coming here after a cruise. They tried to turn rooms over quickly to get people in early.

There was one light in the room that didnt work and the hand rail in the shower was loose. Airport shuttle doesnt start until 7:00am

Breakfast was good, expected to be continental. But it was not, had to order and it took about 15min. To get coffee then 15 or more to have order taken. Then at least 30min to be served food there where only about 8 others in restaurant. Others left

Dont trust the airport shuttle service. Holiday Inn shuttle passed by us at airport without stopping, we ended up having to Uber to hotel. Room is outdated and bathroom stinks. No room cleaning services despite asking for it. Coffee machine is broken.

Better than expected, let us check in early - wish the microwave was in the room vs the vending area but otherwise was very pleasantly surprised overall.

Entrance proximity to coffee shop drive thru next door is problematic and inconvenient, the line blocks being able to get in to and out of the parking lot.

The hotel is extremely old and dirty. Elevators smelled. Room appeared clean but my daughter (slept in a different bed) woke up with the worse bites I¿ve ever seen. It¿s the oldest Holiday Inn property I¿ve ever been to.

This Hotel was conveniently located close to the airport and Hollywood Beach! Parking was easy and plentiful in the hotel lot. The pool area was very inviting. We had dinner in the restaurant on site and it was very good. This was a very good experienc

We were running low on Toilet Paper and ran out of tissues. I called the front desk at 8:30 in the evening asking for more. No one came up to our room until 10:30 pm. We had already gone to bed. That was the only drawback.

Very close to McDonald's, Denny's, and a gas station with a mini-mart. Well kept, large room with small table, chairs to microwave and Kuerig machine. Airport shuttle came at promised time. Really nice pool and hot tub but couldn't use it due to rain.

Issues with key cards upon check-in, but the front desk did eventually manage to resolve them.
