Curtis Inn & Suites

I stayed by myself in this hotel for 4 days, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Very clean, friendly staff, very comfy bed and quiet. Also is very close to the beach, and the price is unbeatable. Overall, a great place to stay solo or a couple.

Maybe the neighborhood, which seem a bit sketchy.

No me gusta como trata a los clientes la señorita que esta en el from desk o en lobby de noche, es muy despota y pedante, nunca es servicial ni brinda buena atencion con los guest

La chica Recepcionista que esta en el turno de la noche en el lobby no tiene buen trato ni atencion con los clientes, no tiene sentido de pertenencia con el servicio de atencion al cliente, su comportamiento con los huespedes es detestable

The pool area is very nice.

There was hair on the bedsheets and when we complained the sheets were not changed we were just handed 2 new top sheets. The second day the coffed was not replenished in our room and we were not given a full set of towels.

Room quite small, walls thin (even with locked Connection door) so you can hear every word of your neighbour, Steins in ceiling

The AC didn't work and the attendant kept telling me that it was working fine . They did change it. The window curtains didn't close properly and we were right in front of the pool

Bed squeeked, kitchen faucet had bad spray switch. If you turned on a loud high pitch squeal sound started because the switch was vibrating. Sofa hard and uncomfortable. Tub had bad rust spot in corner.

The parking around the building is so much better, the pool is nice and clean, the rooms are super comfortable, big with kitchen, fridge, etc, the floors are not wood-like and spotless.

At first it gives you a dissappointing impression because the front is right on the edge of the avenue, the reception area is tiny and even closed at night (check in through a security window) and the firts parking lot is like an alley.

Close to the beach, food and shopping. Love the pool. Have a fridge, stove, microwave and toaster in the room. It¿s a quiet neighborhood!

The front desk lady was very responsive and even walked us to the door on a 3am early morning check-in when we could not find the room in the rain (plane delayed).

Loud neighbors in the suite next to us. Had those connecting doors. Loud and probably high on something. Not the best neighborhood.

Great location. Room/suite was large. Separate kitchen/living and bedroom was comfortable. Staff for check-in was pleasant and helpful.

Could have used a blanket, but it was fine.

Everything was great! The staff was very friendly. Loved the pool area. The room has a full size refrigerator & stove. Didn¿t use the stove but used the refrigerator, microwave & toaster. Ac worked great. Will definitely stay here again. Great location!!

The only good thing was the room itself, it was very spacious and included free parking and ice machine was available in the premises.

Front desk - not friendly or helpful, never answer phone Room- no essential like kitchen or paper towel, dish soap, sponge Pool deck NEVER cleaned, dog feces all around it

The staff was awesome. If you're checking in late at night there might not be anyone at the front desk. It's only one person on staff and they leave to go do work and they don't have a phone or walkiie talkie with them to notify someone is there.

The hotel is good if you're staying one night and leaving. I wouldn't recommend a long term stay.It wasn't bad but wasn't what I was expecting. The shower curtain was moldy at the bottom and the bathroom smelled like piss due to bad plumbing.
