WoodSpring Suites Tamarac

They have people living there full time and are not respectful of other guests. They smoke inside, they run the hallways at all hours of the night, they prowl the parking lit at night.

It was infested in roaches I was changed with three rooms and all three were infested

The hotel has a cockroach infestation. They need to clean their rooms. When guests arrive at night and there is no one at the front desk at night to assist. The blankets looked unwashed with hair all over, and no toilet paper in room.

The frontdesk lady was very nice at check in.

The toilet was not bolted to the floor so it moved everytime it was used. Felt like it was going to fall over. The AC did not cool the room. I had to leave a day early and find other accommodations.

Very clean

NOT disability friendly, roll in shower not level water floods bathroom and flows out of bathroom door. Entrance to building difficult for handicapped person.would NOT recommend for anyone using wheelchair or mobility scooter

Ubicación

Limpieza. Mal olor

I did not like the hotel. The elevator smelled like weed. Someone was rolling a blunt outside three days in a row with children present. Felt very unsafe. Terrible parking. Hairs in the bed that weren¿t mine. The sheets were dirty.

This was the worst ever

The facilities of the room were great! For example, the microwave machine and refrigerator were clean and worked well.

I didn't find a hair dryer in my room. Besides, there is no complimentary breakfast.

Well priced if you get the room you reserved.

Never received the room we reserved. Reserved ADA room with roll in shower for wheelchair guest. Hotel provided standard room with NO handicap accessible items. Had to purchase portable potty chair and guest was Not able to use non ADA shower.

My room smelled like urine and I was only refunded 25 dollars out of the -- I paid for the room

The hotel upkeep has gone downhill. The floors throughout are visibly dirty, the sheets had blood stains, garbage bags are lined down the doors of the hallway. For a fairly new hotel, I can hardly imagine what the condition will be in a few years.
