- Dead Roaches every morning. There was some type of pump in the closet in our room. It would gurgle several times a day and then the room would stink for an hour or so. I complained, but they did nothing.

- The staff at the front desk were horrible. Everyone else was great! Especially the guy in the cafe. He had amazing customer service!
