Pelican Beach Resort 504

We checked in at 4pm and the room had not been cleaned from previous renters. Dirty dishes, trash was full, personal item left behind, food on counters. I called 3 time before I had any help resolving the issue. I had to wait in the room and was moved 9

Location was great but, getting a hold of anyone was a nightmare!

When we first walked in the room it looked amazing, but the floors were filthy, the stairs to kids bunk bed was black from filth, and their beds had grains of sand all in it and the pool area outside needed to be redone or at least covered up.

Location. Literally right on the beach.

Stairwell by room smelled of urine. Bedroom ceiling had a hole with part of it hanging down. Water smelly, not drinkable. Construction going on. Dumpster outside room is loud. Thin walls. My truck got broken into in the parking garage.

The condo was very well kept and the staff was very helpful.

I can't think of one thing I did not like

The condo is updated and in a perfect location overlooking the white sand beach and ocean. When you sit on the sofa all you see is the beautiful blue green ocean. The two updated bathrooms made it nice for the two of us to have our own bathroom. The bed was comfortable and we had lots of channels with the smart tv’s. We will definitely book this place again if we come back to the area.

Amazing view, comfortable beds and considerate of those with families. Going during off-season we had all the pools and most of the beach to ourselves.

Very friendly & helpful staff. The unit was perfect, spacious with a gorgeous view of the Gulf.

They were working on one set of elevators and sometimes there was quite a wait for one.

The condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. The facilities were clean and had great amenities. We loved the pools. Great location to many restaurants and shopping. Close distance to the beautiful beach and ocean. Overall, I would say the stay was a 9.

This wasn't a big issue .... The only thing we didn't care for was that the umbrella and chair company took up all the spots closest to the ocean, If you don't use their service, you have to sit 3 rows back. We felt the cost to use the service was expensive. It would be nice to offer an area for those who bring their own chair.

Location was great. Views were awesome. Loved all the amenities and even had beach service!!

Only slight complain was the pools could have been a little more clean but that is somewhat expected when you are near a beach

The only complaint is that our condo smelled a little musty/moldy. It was very clean, but the smell was not nice.

The place was clean, cute and we loved the beach view and access! Perfect location for a lot of attractions! Many beaches to visit and if you drive 40 min west you can find a ton of sea shells! Me and my kids really enjoyed the condo and the resort! Definitely would love to come back!

Beautiful white sand, gorgeous turquoise water. Comfortable beds, super clean. Really enjoyed our trip. Loved the view, and the closeness of the nice restaurants and grocery stores. Super convenient.

We didn't care for the multitude of umbrellas and chairs every day till 5 p.m. they want everyone to pay more for. So we'd use our own stuff, and wait to get closer every day. Whether they sold them or not ,they were there taking up space. Otherwise, the beachfront was gorgeous, just wish they would sell their umbrellas and chairs upon request, instead of taking up the entire beach, when not everyone wants that, then you sit in the back and wait.

The Unit was clean, cozy and comfortable. Love the balcony with the sea view up-close! So nice of the owner to allow us for early check-in! Would love to be back!

We need another bedroom. Although there is a sofa bed but needs more privacy. But still won’t affect our great stay!
