The inside pool was extremely cold, didn't like that. The when we went to check-in, they had me up on our accessible room, but they gave me a hearing accessible room instead of a handicap assessable room, and I needed the handicap assessable room.

It was a new hotel so everything was still clean and fresh but also well finished. I also like the fact that was in walking distance to food stores/restaurants

To most people, having breakfast is the last major thing you do before you leave. I think the breakfast could be upgraded to satisfy the all round experience.

The hotel was walking distance from restuaraunts, grocery, highway, strip Mall. But yet quiet

I dont like that Breakfast is over at 9:00. After traveling and flights You dont always want to get up rushing toneat an early breakfast in a crowded room of people

Irregular temperatures; pool room and pool, freezing. Hallways, warm. Hard to properly regulate room.

It was centrally located to where we needed to be.

The pillows were terrible, very flat and hard. I was glad that I brought my own pillow

The breakfast replenishment of food was a bit slow and the kitchen staff were not friendly and did not speak to the customers when they were addressed.

Check in seemed to take longer than expected, but other than that, everything was as expected.

The hotel was super clean. I understand its about a year old. Location is a little tricky-tucked behind a shopping center but otherwise OK. Room and breakfast were very nice. Nicest Holiday Inn Express I ever stayed at.

there were only 2 things that detracted from a perfect score. 1. When we checked in (at evening) the check-in person(s) never informed us that we have to request daily cleaning of the room. And no explanation of the TV operation or channels

Great Location, staff was nice, breakfast was great!

I live in Florida but I find it a bit annoying to wake up to find palmetto bugs (the giant roaches) in the room. I was on the 4th floor. I hope they have an exterminator scheduled regularly.
