Conrad Washington, DC

My favorite thing about Conrad Washington DC was the location. Everything felt effortlessly within reach dining, sightseeing, and just moving throughout the city without feeling overwhelmed.

The room itself, however, felt a bit basic for the price point. Beautiful hotel overall, but I expected a little more from the actual room experience given the expense.

Service, cleanliness, fitness room, lobby. Terrific hotel that I would definitely recommend.

From check in to our bed being turned down for the night with chocolate and freshwater next to our bedside. Everything was absolutely excellent!

The staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel was very clean and felt very classy. We also enjoyed the panda's and cherry blossom display.

MY SUITE WAS BIG AND THE FIREPLACE IN IT WAS GREAT

WE arrived early before 10a.They told us that they were working on the room and to go to Sakura club for breakfast. The truth was the room was still occupied and it was closer to 3pm before it was ready!.

Add more to the TV selection amazon prime etc and this is not a complain the CONRAD IS magnificent

The service was top notch. They anticipated our needs and took action.

Check in was supposed to be at 4p. We got there at 530p and our room wasn't ready.

The staff always went above and beyond. The food in the Estuary was great and the location was perfect.

I loved everything.

Everyone on the staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room was tremendous. Nice view, bed and pillows were comfortable. Workout area was redo and well fit out.

The hotel is beautiful

My room was not ready at check-in and I had to get dressed in the hotel lobby restroom. Upon checkout although I couldn¿t get in to my room on time, they would not extend me a late checkout.

Staff is terrific

The link to the menu for the roof top bar is not at all what is served. There is no substantial food on the summit roof top. We did get a delicious 12 dollar half scoop of ice cream though.

Beautiful, updated rooms, large windows. Gracious, attentive staff. Excellent service including concierge desk. Excellent location.

The rooms were average for the cost. I was expecting more but they were equivalent to a regular Hilton or Marriot Room nothing memorable.

The staff is wonderful. the Chef Concierge, and  the bartender went above and beyond. The rooms are well-appointed.

The ambiance was perfection. Everything is new and beautiful. It smelled so good. The staff were so kind and personable. I can¿t wait to stay there again!!

Everything was great. The only hiccup was that the room service app was being wonky.

The food service response to covid restrictions at this property is absurd with no phone to order food forcing guests to walk down into the marketplace to order (and presumably wait since they don't have a phone to call you in the room NO ROOM TO FINISH
