They were super accommodating! The staff was friendly and made us feel safe.

This doesn't reflect on the hotel itself, but the location just wasn't great. It was very busy, no parking, loud at times.

Clean, one block from Nats Park and a Metro stop right there.Plenty of placds to eat. Free breakfast was good.

Yes. front desk was unhelpful and we never recieved our deposit back. when i called they said they released it to our bank which the bank has confirmed isn't true.

Proximity to ballpark, restaurants, metro.

Staff were amazing and hotel was very clean! The rooftop with two grills for guest use had amazing city views!

The hotel was close to the Stadium, 1 mile from the waterfront and about 1 mile to the Capitol. Public transportation was close by. We enjoyed the roof deck, and the free breakfast.

The parking was too expensive, after taxes and fees it was almost $70/night. There were no other parking options in the area. When there is a concert at the venue across the street it is very loud.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. We forgot some toiletries and they were happy to provide them. I also saw them help guests decide what sites to see and how best to get to those places.

They locked the doors at night until the morning. Although for guest safety, it does feel a little un-welcoming

Nice shopping places and restaurants are reasonable. Love to walk around there. Good spot nearby subway station.

Location. Breakfast was a good meal mix of options.

Stayed 2 nights. Room was not cleaned between days even though it was unoccupied the whole day. When we asked for towels, we had to go get them.

The location and staff were great

Wallpaper was peeling off throughout the room, there were smudges of an unknown substance on the wall near the bathroom sink. The bathroom had no ventilation to help ventilate after showering and the nonremovable soap on the wall fell off.

I like the location. So close to everything

The lack of staff. I had to literally hunt for someone to check me in which was very weird.

Safety, very clean, comfy bed and spacious room. Would love to stay longer. Free breakfast was great quality. Friendly, helpful staff.

Was expecting valet parking, arrived before check in, it was full. Had horrible parking experience. Parked in a garage overnight, had to pay extra to remove car early in AM and returned for breakfast then checked out. Would pay extra for hotel parking.

Location was great very close to Metro

Room not ready at 4pm check in. When a room was available an hour later the lights and power window shades did not work due to electrical problems. Moved to anohter room. Housekeeping only available once every four days. Clean towels dumped on floor.

This was an amazing hotel experience! Clean suite for a great price. It was right next to the Nats stadium and the Metro! The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a few day stay! Let me brag about the staff too! Friendly and Fantastic!

Unfortunately there were a few things we did not like. 1) checking in there were only three carts and a huge line trying to get into valet. It was a mess just trying to check into the hotel. In the listing it said a $100 dollar incidentals, it was $200.
