Bathrooms very small and very poorly located. Kitchen way too small for multiple people.

The rooms have nothing in them but the bunk beds and a waste basket. Not having a chair and having to put everything on the floor is very inconvenient. Management doesn't provide simple things like paper napkins, even though they serve breakfast.

Beautiful old neighborhood with walking distance to the Capital and botanical gardens. Good restaurants and a Trader Joe¿s.

The location is perfect. It is close to The Capitol, subway stations, Nationals Parks, and many other highlights. The staff are also amazing! They are very helpful and kind. They create a community atmosphere. And the two patio areas are great.

The room was warm.

They charged me a fee for not showing up when I did show up and stay overnight! The woman on staff was careless and clearly overcharged me. She also didn't clean my room or bathroom ever.

Being asked why I was there, and then felt strange, slept in the room one night and the park with the homeless second night, being a Trump fan does not work out for you in Washington DC, the place really is disgusting

Very attentive staff who are happy to help - from local recommendations to any issues with the reservation. Super clean, vacuumed daily, bathrooms and kitchen are spotless. The location is very central and safe.

As many have indicated earlier, the rooms are small and the bunk beds are very close to each other, as shown in the pictures. That is not a huge issue, all guests were polite and we made it work - this is a hostel after all.

It was very clean and easy to telework.

The stairs were pretty narrow & sharing rooms w/ female customers

Pancakes for breakfast. Easy to book. Comfortable bed.Friendly, helpful staff.

They need to make the traveler aware that they'll need to bring their own lock for securing their luggage. Otherwise, everything went well.

Beautiful neighbourhood, loved to see how those old houses look in the inside. Breakfast was only pancakes but they let me take as much as I wanted and they were warm and fluffy

My room had an emergency exit sign that glowed red all night and wouldn't let us sleep, we had to cover it with a towel lol

It was very clean hostel. Also I loved freshly baked pancakes! You could eat as much as you want

Men's room downstairs. Stairway difficult to walk.

The location was excellent, super close to the metro and a ton of shops and restaurants in the eastern market area.

My room had an emergency exit door with a bright red sign that glowed brightly throughout the night.

It was closer to Eastern Markets metro.. Walkin 5 minutes from the metro.It has a park nearby and also wharf is 20 min walk which is a great place to hangout.Wifi strength was good, bathroom amd showers were clean. They gave a tour of house which is nice.You can cook your own food, heat so kitchen is available. Luggage storage facility is available where they keep even after checkout for free. The 2 people that I met who manage the property are well spoken and friendly.Small Patio is there at roof top which is nice.manage

3 unisex washroom for entire house and 2 shower for men/2 for women in a house full of Approximately 20 dorm beds.That is way too less so you might have to wait for sometime to get your turn.Doesn't provide shower gels and shampoo so bring on your own.Locker are very small so you could lock only your backpackBeds/mattresses are not very good quality..it makes a lot of noise while twist and turns. 72$ deserves a nice mattress to sleep atleast.
