- The people and environment are the key to any organization! Pair that with facilities and services that meet expectations and you have a great thing going! One could find a more ¿wow¿ entrance/room/etc but, those were still excellent- the people were A+!
- The rooms, the staff so present and nice, the location

- Restaurant closed too early
- Valet parked my car but didn't put charging cables back into the travel bag. Just left it in my passenger floor in one giant bundle.
