Parking is challenging, I had to do valet because of limited space.

The hotel charged my card an extra $180 dollars and when I ask for a confirmation number that they had removed the charge the gentleman at the front desk lied to me and told me he could not me one. He also was very rude and unprofessional¿.

Not having as much access to parts of the building due to COVID-19, such as the pool and lobby area. Not having a real breakfast each morning.

Staff attitude was very indifferent to us as guests. They appeared to have no interest in making our stay at the hotel pleasurable.

The valet parking staff went above and beyond! The staff at this hotel is wonderful! The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food to choose from. The beds were very comfortable; the room itself is a little cramped.

Nice Location, Room was clean and well equipted, kitchen was a nice add on.

The sofa bed was really uncomftable , our child would not sleep on it. The hotel was renoveting and did not let us know beforehand.

Staff was not helpful. Sink didn’t drain. Extremely expensive for what it was. A very low end average hotel.
