    Pros +

    • The front staff (when they were there) were pleasant and efficient
    • Location
    • Staff were very friendly and helpful. The on site laundry was clean and convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable and the beds were very comfortable! The pool was cute and clean even though we didn?t use it. Breakfast was good! Good coffee too!

    Cons -

    • Lobby doors broken, no one seemed to be manning the front door? Our room was nice looking, until you looked under the vanity in the bathroom-there were towels left from someone else's stay. The toilet paper was 1ply and ruined our nether regions.
    • Shower is small for a tall person. The mini suite was lacking compared to other mini suites I?ve stayed. Internet was a hassle to log into so I used data. Parking garage is tight.
    • couple suggestions: If you can?t put in an elevator, how about a stair lift chair For us older guests with bad knees.? Also, bathroom vent had been taken out/replaced with just a bulb. Nice having more light, but an actual exhaust vent really is needed.

    Great location. Bed very comfortable

Restaurant was not open and when considering my choices, a restaurant was important. "Pasteries" were supposed to be out each morning. 1 out of 3 mornings we saw a pre-packagedd muffin.

Excellent location, great amenities, and very helpful and pleasant staff

    The room was really small.

Great location and a nice property.

Yes, the parking charge. The cost of SELF parking was $56. This is just outrageous.

The location was perfect for the type of stay we booked.

Yes, the restaurant on site was closed and there was no room service. There was no mention of this on their website. If there was, we would probably stayed at another hotel in the same area.

The staff was excellent. Took care of my every need. Soaking tub was amazing. Felt very secure and safe in hotel.

Ice machine down. A shame most of the facilities were shut down due to Covid.

Location is excellent. Check in was easy and front desk staff are friendly and cheerful. The main restaurant was not open on weekends. However; there are two restaurants here.

    9LauraPosted on: 7-9-2019

Hotel was clean and bathroom was beautiful.

The hotel room was a little small and the walk from the elevators to the room was far.

    10ChristinePosted on: 7-6-2019

I can't remember every taking a bath at a hotel but the huge tub at the Westin was calling my name!! I lounged around in the hotel robe afterwards. I did not want to leave! The location is perfect, magnifying mirror in room, and hotel clerk was amazing

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-2-2019

    Staff and location

Room cramped with too much or too big furniture and no electrical outlet where it would have been best to use ironing board.

    10SimonePosted on: 6-2-2019

The room was perfect, liked everything

It was not so much what I didn’t like it was what was a concern. I received a knock on the door around 11:00 am the same day as my checkout from a gentleman saying he needed to restock my mini bat, I would have liked to have had a call from the desk pri

Great staff. Great room. Great location.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 5-8-2019

The staff were great. The actual room was small but the bathroom was very nice.

The room was a bit small. The bed took up most of the room and there wasnt much space to move around.
