We loved everything about this hotel! It was located close to enough to all the places we wanted to visit, but not too near the frenzied tourist areas. The staff was very eager to help. The concierge staff gave great restaurant recommendations!

Having more drawer space to keep clothing would have been helpful. We stayed at the hotel for an entire week and needed to get creative storing items so as to not have to live out of the suitcase.

The room was dated and was in need of updating badly..was worn and the areas where she and use takes its tole were dirty

The position and design downstairs

We booked a suite for close to 2000 USD a night. The room stank of cigarettes. It was small and minimally decorated. There was no bath, the towels were small, the products were horrible and cheap. There was no kettle in the room. In short everything was cheap looking and disappointing about the room. Our rate included breakfast but we could only choose from a small list of options and when we asked for some avocado to add to our eggs we had to pay extra. In short we will never stay at this hotel again. In the rooms there is nothing 5 star at all.

Loud echoes from the corridor as no carpet.Being disturbed in the room multiple times while do not disturb was hanging.

The Suite was not ok It was close to the elevator.Noise all day long Third day we ask to be changed

The hotel was adequate for the price.

Booking.com and the hotel failed to have my reservation. I received a substandard room because they had given my room away. I had to wait an hour for the room when I arrived after a full day traveling. I will never use booking.com or stay at the St Regis ever again. One of the two of them are both of them are responsible. Unforgivable.

Christmas decorations were very nice.

I couldn't adjust the temperature in the shower as the lever was stuck. Also, I couldn't get hot water out of the tap without running the water in two sinks at once.

Beautiful Hotel, facilities amazing, bar staff very friendly & helpful. Hope to stay in the St Regis when I visit Washington DC again.

We booked in for a 7 night stay. Ordered breakfast to our room almost every morning. Without exception we had to send the delivery member of staff back to the kitchen as there was always 1 or 2 items missing from our order!
