Pros +
- Loved the staff and location.
- Wine social hour and friendly hotel staff.
- A little style goes a long way. Loved the size of the room (king) and simple but cool lobby. Great staff.
Cons -
- No coffee machine in the room. The service is slow and the staff is not friendly.
- The room could?ve been a bit cleaner. It was very dusty and the floors had crumbs along the wall.
- I understand that the restaurant in the hotel was under staffed, but why did all customers have to call over the waitstaff to their tables all day and all night.

Location
Hotel did not have the right shower curtain installed and apparently their house keeping did not have the right size yet to have the room on market installed a shorter one that did not reach all the way to the bathtub.
Location - very comfortable bed
Overpriced garage - the staff was hard to understand - ice was not clearly marked or attainable - shower pressure was mediocre.
Mattress, Pillows, & fees. You pay amenity fees for no amenities.
Location, rooftop bar, and the French resturant.
Room needs more illuminations.
They charged me an additional $100 hidden fee called guest accommodations
Great location, street parking, easy to Uber to sites and restaurants. Great coffee, wine hour, and friendly staff.
Overall hotel was great, but hotel rooms have flooring and should be mopped daily. Overall everything was very clean, just mopping was lacking.
The bed was comfortable
The requested 2-bed configuration was unavailable so a single bed with pullout couch was offered with no discount or other concession. Desk attendant wouldn't take the cc number without the physical card. Room service was overpriced and mediocre.
Located in walkable distance to whole foods, restaurants and bars.
The room was very comfortable and cutely decorated. And the staff were very friendly.
On arrival I asked if they could recommend what 2 do with the dog on a rainy day since we weren't from town, they could not. Our refrigerator was broken, they brought another 1 immediately. The light between the beds kept flickering on & off, annoying.
Location was great, rooms are large and very well organized. Rooftop patio was a surprise bonus.
No bottles of water in the room, not even ones that come at a charge. Would have been nice to have one or two already there so I didn't have to go back down to the front desk to get one.
Really loved the front desk staff, the valet attendant, and the room was spectacular. The room was pristine, decor was lovely, bathroom was perfect. Mini fridge and layout felt luxe.
Nope!
The fantastic staff and room. The staff was amazing!!
GPS takes people (Uber) to the wrong place and I also got lost in walking and using GPS. Sure would be nice to have that fixed. Thanks
I liked how big the room was and wine hour
Advertised free breakfast and all they had was coffee and tea. Second day I got downstairs at 0930 and coffee was gone and a staff member said it looks like you missed it! Check out no one at desk for me to call valet so i could leave. Valet 50 a night!
The hotel room is big.
Does not look like a 4star hotel, the lobby is very small, some of the staff have a bad attitude, the staff gave me and my girlfriend a two beds room without inquiring and asking first, and she recommended parking place cost us 140 dollars a night.
The Retro look, very classic from 60's or 70's yet modern. The location was walkable to various shops/restaurants, buses, book stores etc.
Hotel staff was very friendly and answered the questions we had since were not from the area!
We were not happy about having no other options but paying $50 valet. Also we were charged a amenity feesÃÂ on top of the valet. Which I'm not sure what for because we did not use anything? The rooms/hotel is VERY dark. Like SUPER dark and barley a
