This hotel charges a resort fee, yet is not a resort, a dot zebra fee, a park tax, destination fee and destination fee tax, The parking fee is $65 a card fee.

air was horribly dry and too warm; pillows were terrible

Food service was kind of a pain. I wanted a cup of tea, but it was a $5 room charge and going to the lobby to get one was a pain and was not easy to order.

Pool was green and disgusting, no towels, key cards needed to be replaced multiple times, and slow elevators because of the updating. Pool was disgusting. I feel they were understaffed and could not keep up with the volume of customers.

The location to all the monuments and museums

The quality of the room for ---$ a night was not worth it. In addition they charge for wifi.

Friendly staff and the Metro station couldn¿t be any closer, awesome!

Wish there was a microwave and the breakfast was overpriced for what we got, so ate there only once.

I got this room for my parents that are in their 80s, they were going to a concert . They were absolutely thrilled, could not say enough nice things! They said the staff was fabulous, and everything was fabulous...

This hotel met and exceed my expectations. Location was perfect. Close to metro, restaurants and museums. staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They met you with a friendly smile. Staff at front desk check us in. Very, very kind and helpful.

Great location, staff went above and beyond, rooms are very quiet and beds are comfortable.

Restaurant is closed so no room service, room could have been slightly cleaner.

Room had a receipt from previous guest on floor, no hand soap in bathroom, & shampoo bottle was cracked & leaking on counter upon arrival. Overnight parking NOT advertised as additional $65.

It had a pleasant atmosphere.

The fact that 3 pancakes cost $15 with not another bit of food that came with it. When asked if a single pancake could be substituted for the 2 slices of toast I was told no even though I was willing to pay an up-charge.

The room and the location was what I was looking for....

I did not like that you could not check in before 4pm without them charging $40 extra....

The location was really good and the lobby is spacious. The hotel is located very close to the metro station. It was also within reasonable walking distance (less than a mile) from the Smithsonian museums, multiple restaurants and shops.

The staff was not as personable as I m used to at most Marriotts. The room was okay in regards to cleanliness EXCEPT the night stand desperately needed to be dusted!! I had to wipe it down myself and we found someone's luggage tag by the curtains.
