Unbeatable location. We had meetings at Georgetown U.

The lobby did not have a good smell. I think this can be easily corrected.

Hotel is very pretty, centrally located near stores and restaurants and room is spacious

The staff had an attitude. I asked to have a taxi ordered to take me to the airport and it wasn?t done. I was lucky to get Uber. The taxi company they use said they were short on drivers that morning and I had no reservation

Front desk staff was accommodating and friendly.

The cleaning staff making a lot of noise in the hallway outside our room early in the morning. The hotel left a note stating they were going to be testing the fire alarm at 9:00 am the next morning but they tested it at 7:30.

Bathroom door did not close. Room had an area for mini fridge but one was not in the room.

Charming boutique hotel in the center of Gtown. I booked the smallest, most economical room and expected a tiny space as is common in older, historic hotels. My room was spacious and lovely! Upscale amenities included luxury bedding and bathrobes. 10+

The hotel was immaculately clean and staff were very accommodating and nice. We had a very nice stay.

The room could have been slightly bigger, seemed a little cramped even for two people. Also, we had to call for fresh towels and more coffee on second day. Those things should be replenished daily.

The location was convenient to all of Georgetown’s attractions. Affordable parking was a great perk and so convenient.

There was some slight wear on the finishings showing the age of the hotel.

Wished the regular rooms, while very spacious and felt like a suite, did not include a mini fridge

This is my go to place when I visit DC. Love the location and staff. I look forward to booking 3 rooms in the near future for a quick girls getaway!

Location to Georgetown was great.

Security was questionable. Their COVID operations were not communicated very well.

Proximity to my destination. Welcoming snd helpful staff. Very clean tidy room.

The size of the room was great.

The air conditioning unit was leaking the entire night! We could just hear the water dripping from it to the floor. Which explains why in certain areas the wall paper was coming off the walls. It really was disappointing that the room looked so beat up.

Our suite was very comfortable and the bed and pillows helped us sleep in very well. I like that check out is at 12pm. The front desk people were very friendly and always greeted me and that was sweet.

The location!! Walking distance to awesome shopping, dining and music venues! The room was very spacious and clean.

The TV had sound but no picture. Then woke up in the morning and the coffee maker did not work. The front desk personnel disappear into a room so I couldn't let them know until we were leaving. Also called to request late check out and no one answered.
