Nice room set up with a large table for dinning. Great shower and toiletries. Excellent hotel restaurant.

at check in, was given a wrong room (but this was quickly remedied after I called) the hot rob in the pool area was closed for maintenance no licker rooms in the pool area.

Front desk staff was reasonably friendly during check-in.

This hotel was filthy and run down! Definitely not a three star hotel. And it is located closer to Elkridge then it is Hanover. I feel ripped off getting this hotel as a three star hotel when it was not. Awful stay!

advertising pool when there wasn't one - this is why we chose the hotel was for the pool.Said the black duck restaurant was full then we booked through open table. Breakfast took an hour to get oatmeal and eggs We were mistakenly given a wake up

The hotel is beautiful and it's in a great location. The bathrooms and rooms are very nice and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel itself is frustrating. The AC in my room went out twice. If you plan on eating at the hotel bring a hefty checkbook or go out to the city to eat because there's absolutely no value here.

wanted to charge $--/night for a rollaway bed. Sent me a curious e-mail after the stay with a credit card authorization form to pay for my incidentals - when I had already provided a credit card at check in

Gorgeous hotel. The contrast between modern design and primitive art was stunning. The staff was welcoming and highly professional. The hotel's restaurant was exemplary. The surrounding neighborhood was highly walkable. Our experience was perfect.

Exceptional service & helpful staff. Also a wonderful "custom scent" throughout hotel.

Bathroom is very luxe but the toilet was kind of out in the open so that no one could use the bath, shower, or vanity while someone used the toilet. Plenty of space, more a design flaw than hotel criticism though.

My room smelled bad and the air system was very loud - a constant humming throughout the room The room was nice but not 5 star

It was under renovation. The floor we stayed on was a bit torn up in the hallways.

It was excellent clean and good amenities. They also upgraded to a suite upon arrival which was nice.

Very comfortable, room layout was very well put together. I especially liked the half bathroom!

I love modern interior design, which this hotel has; however, we have a 21 month baby and the sharp corners on tables and furniture pieces makes it a dangerous environment for a walking toddler

The front desk staff was the most amazing staff I have ever encountered in my travel experience. Hotel employee was friendly, funny, welcoming, and professional all at the same time. This hotel is in a very nice neighborhood that I highly recommend.

more hangers! Prefer a sofa in the lounge area Vs the chairs. The air con blew on us in bed and made it very cold but if you wanted the right room temperature you had no choice-Worst system Encountered. disliked minibar fridge no room for own pieces!!!!

Hotels are always about the management, staff and the bed. All were wonderful. Room was kept clean. Location was great, per the reason we were in DC.

Only issue was the low water pressure in the bathroom.

Absolutely the perfect place for our 21st anniversary! Great staff, spacious rooms, and impeccable service.

I wanted 2 beds and was told by the hotel at my 4 pm check-in that they were oversold by 6 and unable to help me. And he was unapologetic about it. Not my best experience.

The attentiveness of all the staff. They were all very polite and professional.

The $50 valet parking price tag.
