Pros +
- very clean, excellent breakfast and evening reception, Would stay again.
- lots of space and drawers in the room. Close to National Mall and Arlington Cemetery. Free social hour with free drinks. Well worth the money.
- The rooms are spacious, the service is great, the big lobby is a wonderful place to meet up with family members, the evening complimentary drinks/snacks from 5:30-7:00 are nice, and the location central to all DC activities/events.
Cons -
- They do not have a daily cleaning service which you have to plan for. They will clean upon request.
- Glass Bathroom door doesn¿t close well and we hated the motion light in the bathroom.
- Parking was full but that saved us $100 as they gave us an app that let us park below the Ritz a block away for $24/day rather than $50/day. Worked out great in the end.

Location and workout room
Glass Bathroom door doesn¿t close well and we hated the motion light in the bathroom.
It's newly renovated. Nice to have the free late-afternoon drinks, although only snacks currently a bag of Chex mix. Bkfst is magnificent. Great air conditioning in the rooms when 95% and muggy/sopping wet outside. Pull-out couch great mattress.

The staff were great! We were assisted by an amazing  woman. She was professional, caring, very helpful, detail-oriented, thorough, and provided AMAZING customer service. Her level of service far exceeded our expectations.
The hotel amenities were not up to par. The breakfast was not that great.
Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. Room was nicely furnished, comfortable and inviting. Free breakfast had everything you could want and the nightly drink reception was a nice way to unwind after a hot day touring the sites.
The staff was amazing and professional as always. This is my second time here, the suite are spacious and clean.
No complaints
Quieter location; Breakfast included
No on-site parking; Additional charge for parking; Pillows too flimsy.
Large room with very nice amenities
Location
Mold in shower

Customer service
great breakfast with a wide selection. Very clean place. workers very helpful and nice. Great location
How spacious and well prepared and clean are the rooms Cute breakfast in the morning Although its a huge building and we were in the 8th floor yet the elevators were very fast
The pool during my stay was under maintainance. Although i booked ahead of time and had many confirmational emails from the hotel, but i was not notified about this till check in.
The property was very clean and updated.
Parking is tight and the jacuzzi wasn’t working and we were not told that it was not working.
The best was amazing because it was more than today or cereal. There was an omelet station- the chefs were great!
We were looking forward to swimming on our vacation. There was an indoor pool but the air circulation was poor.
It felt homy. The staff were friendly, competent and really helpful. Location excellent, could easily walk to Metro, Foggy Bottom and DuPont circle, Georgetown and the National mall. The omelettes for breakfast are some of the best I had tasted.
What is called a Kitchenette is nothing but a microwave, a small refrigerator and a sink. We booked this property thinking we were getting at least a stove and cooking utensils. That’s why it gets an 8 and not a 10.
The Staff , the room
Our hadicap room was the furthest room from the elevators ( 70yards)And the only access to the restaurant likewise was also the furthest corner from the elevatorsPeople forget that wheelchairs and electric scooters, and walkers. can not use stairs
