The BREAKFAST.

The couch had a rip and the toilet paper holder was broken.

I liked the front desk staff, they were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the look of the hotel and the room was extremely comfortable.

I did not like that there is absolutely no parking, other than valet parking which costs money but also there was one valet that was very problematic and seemed upset by having to help us out. The breakfast was a 3/10.

Option to pay for parking in advance and save a lot of money on parking. Very convenient location for tourist in DC

I really have nothing to complain about.

There are only 2 carts in the entire hotel to transport luggage to and from the room

From my experience, the staff is helpful every time and the manager is kind. Every area was clean. The breakfast was nice. I liked using the clothes washer and dryer. The gym is nice. The location is good.

I like the roominess. It was not crowded.

The electric power went out in part of the suite and didn't get fixed before I checked out. I reported it to the desk and the cleaning crew.

The room was really nice and had a very nice view.

When we checked in. They gave us a wrong room so we had to wait for few hours for our room ti be available.

The staff at the front desk were so nice . We were able to get into our room early .The breakfast was good . Location was good walkable to most sites and lots of restaurants near by

No hand soap in the bathroom and the kitchen area floor was so sticky.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel was clean, rooms were clean, location was good. I liked that they had valet parking.

The location is great, and within walking distance of many things. The hotel staff was friendly and assisted quickly with any issues we had (the lock on our door died).

The room was a bit smaller than I anticipated. Also, the hot breakfast was very good, however, the area it's served in is small and therefore got very crowded, very fast. It felt very overwhelming at times to try and get breakfast.

The staff is amazing friendly and accommodating. There was free breakfast every morning that changed every day.There was a gym and a laundry room as well. The location is great and close to everything, its only 25 mins from National Smithsonia Air+ Space.

The staff during the breakfast wasn¿t happy as everyone else. They appeared to aggravated with the level of people getting breakfast. The plates from breakfast was stacked up. I think more staff for breakfast would fix the problem.

The staff was extremely friendly and did whatever they can to help you.

A lot of the furniture and amenities in the actual room needed repair. There was black mold in the shower and right outside the hotels front door. There were rats

Checked in May 4th, the Front Desk staff were exceptional, polite and helpful- put them in a position of Management. The Breakfast staff takes total pride in their activities and it really shows- excellent breakfast.

Breakfast changed each day, rooms were clean, had 2 TVs which was nice and is only a 6 minute walk to the convention center and subway.

Undesirable rooms. I chose 2 doubles and got one -¿nothing else available¿ Tiny sliver of window on another stay - felt like a basement.
