The location was fairly close to a Metro station and shopping area, yet quiet (most of the time, always occasional sirens in a big city.) There was free water bottles in a fridge in the lobby, and there was a first aid kit as well.

Cons -

The bed mattresses were fairly hard. The shower tended to flood the bathroom floor, as the shower curtain was not quite long enough to touch the lip of the stall. The bathroom was inside the smaller sleeping area, which was a problem at night.
