Very uncomfortable bed and very rude phone customer service from the billing department and customer service department.

I love the apartment and it's brightness.

I did not like how it was not fully stocked with coffee amenities, the lack of staffing and I also did not like the latch system.

My recent stay with Global Luxury Suites was unfortunately not a positive experience.Upon check-in, I was given access to a room that was already occupied. I was able to enter and saw another guest’s personal belongings inside, which was extremely concerning and unsafe. No guest should ever have access to someone else’s room. Although I am thankful no one was present at the time, the situation could have escalated very quickly. This raised serious concerns about security and internal communication procedures.In addition, the unit itself showed noticeable wear and tear, particularly on the cabinets, which did not reflect the “luxury” standard that is advertised.After I checked out, I then received an email from a representative questioning why I had not checked out and attempting to charge me for extending my stay — which I did not do. It appears I was still assigned to the original room in their system despite being reassigned, creating further confusion and inconvenience.While the team did mention submitting a compensation request on my behalf, the overall experience was disappointing and left me uneasy. I hope stronger safeguards and better internal coordination are put in place to prevent this from happening to another guest.

Great location as I needed an accommodation near Union Station.The property was spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped.

I didn't have any issues with the property. However, the communication was very slow and hard to reach because I was not able to make a phone call, only available to send a message.

The apartment was very comfortable and I loved the balcony. It was very quiet at night and it's in a good location.

Great modern building and spacious rooms.

Quite close to train station so noisy at night- also book in all via apps and codes etc so got a bit confusing.

Great value for price and you get access to a lot of additionals.

They didn't provide the link for Latch, so we couldn't enter the apartement when we arrived. However, that could be solved via the phone operator.

This place is comfortable andClose to everything for a easy night for a walk to shopping for theHouse for groceries and any activities u might wanna do !!

Had a wonderful stay at Global Luxury Suites Bushra made the experience delightful she also helped out with extending my checkout time. The place is beautiful love the modern aesthetic. This place will accommodate any age group

In general, the first impression was nice, but

- No detergent for dishwasher- No detergent for laundry- Not enough garbage bags for trash- No shelf in the shower (you have to pick a soap/shampoo, actually, from the floor)- Main bedroom bed is kinda dangerous - you can flip down if not careful (complete discomfort)

The apartment was very spacious, clean and close proximity to restaurants and events. Very easy to find parking. The staff were very helpful. This apartment is definitely a 10 out of 10. I will definitely be staying here again.

Clean. GREAT STAFF who were super helpful.

Beds were super cheap. Nothing like a top rate hotel. These are apartments, but for the beds were soft and non supportive. The kitchen was minimal.There were no easily accessed amenities.

The property is an Apartment Building in NE DC with apartment amenities.

The Walls are paper thin, you can hear every word the guests say next door, parties happen here constantly marijuana smells are everywhere. The Churchill/Global Suites/ Bluebird Suites (It’s All the Same Company and the Same Rooms) is poorly run and managed. This is NOT luxury not by any means. You will experience many nights of sleeplessness and will not be comp’ed for what other more professionally establishments would be mortified at what a paying guest endured. Just Not Here. I would highly recommend you find a better Aparthotel in DC. In addition if you are traveling with your dog the guests or residents leave dog poop in the dog run upstairs and there are restrictive breeds at the property so if you are traveling with dogs DO NOT go to the run on the roof. The office Team, head of housekeeping is a professional and knowledgeable person and will do whatever he can. Donald is extremely helpful too. The woman in the office is Rude, Unprofessional and Will Not resolve matters. The Whole stay was a nightmare. Never again

The apartment was clean and close to the trains. Really good location. Directions to the property and party was excellent. Having a laundry was a bonus. Great facilities (gym). Asked for extra blankets and after a few attempts and a mix up got them. Friendly customer service.

The beds were very unfortunately uncomfortable. The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable at all. You could feel the bars across the bed. Preference would be to give dishwashing powder for the amount of nights staying. This ensures being able to keep ontop of dishes etc. Asked for additional dishwashing powder with no response.

Horrible customer service along with...

There was a strong smell of marijuana in the area, followed by a fight in the hallway. We then heard gunshots from the floor above us, along with a reported stabbing.

Property was nice and clean. Front desk security welcoming

The derive in apartment was horrible!! As a Verizon carrier I only had one bar and calls dropped constantly even on Wi-Fi.
