Global Luxury Suites at The White House

The location was fantastic. Two blocks from the White House, a block from the metro, tons of bars/restaurants/coffee shops. Also, the apartment was awesome. 2 bed/bath and full kitchen + wah/dryer.

Only one very minor thing...they supplied everything but soap and shampoo. Weird.

Hotel location could not be more convenient for my needs: downtown,near METRO, bus, restaurants, p.o., CVS, bank, etc.Apartment was lovely, well appointed, SO clean and quiet.Business center very useful. Gym looked good., at front desk, was great!

Everything is fine until you have a question about something like late checkout. It's an apartment, NOT a hotel, so management is reachable by phone only. They didn't respond to my request for late checkout for 3 days;had to call back. Finally very nice!

The bed was the only problem it was absolutely hard as a rock to where it left my body sore better beds are needed in such an expensive apartment

Amenities were great! Everything was provided, all our requests were addressed and the property was responsive. Overall a wonderful stay and will definitely stay there again!

We had issues with connecting to the WiFi on our first night but it was resolved the next day.

Routine maintenance tasks weren’t completed. Lights out in bathrooms. Toilet paper holders not secure to wall. Closer doors difficult to close. Need extra blankets

There was hair on the walls in both showers. In general the apartment, especially the bathrooms, were not clean.

It was beautiful and in a great location for the purpose of our trip.

The mattress absolutely SUCKED!! Flimsy, uncomfortable, worst night’s sleep ever!!

Location to the monuments

Could not access the rooftop lounge. It is NOT handicap accessible. That was one of the main reasons we booked here but could not enjoy the view. My father was very upset about not being able to go up there. Everything should be handicap accessible. The bathroom lights and some outlets didn't work and notified the front desk and nothing was done about it

I liked the location and the layout of the property. Rooftop access was beautiful at night.

Minor damage to walls. Both beds were extremely sunken on sides. I had to sleep one night on the couch because it was more comfortable than the bed.

Although we booked the apartment for a party of 5 people, the property had given us only 3 blankets (not double). offering no solution for THE NEXT 24 HOURS (!!). I was with a child, she was cold and the customer service simply said "no one can assist you". We tried again and again to call customer service from 5:30 PM and until 9 PM, and in the end had to PURCHASE 2 ADDITINAL BLANKETS (!!). The location was good, the apartment itself was ok, but the overall experience was very frustrating, and extremely disappointing.

Customer service of the property was the worst I ever experienced through Booking, offering no help at all on various occasions (AC problems, a blanket for each member of our party, late checkout due to a delayed flight, etc.). A shame because the apartment itself is really ok.

Great "Bones." Price was competitive with a hotel and much more room. Bed was comfortable. Location was great. Kitchen was great for 1-2 people.

Apartment location and "bones" were great. But AC wasn't working well. It ran constantly, but didn't change the temperature. There were a lot of scratches & chipped paint and one worn chair. There was nothing that would make me not want to rent it again, but "Global Luxury, " was not aligning with the reality.

Convenience in downtown

The minute you get out of the elevator to the hallway the garbage smell is horrible . The hallway carpet doesn’t seem to be cleaned daily . The WiFi was not working well , so didn’t get to use it my whole stay .

Excellent location

We forgot an item of clothing in the room after closing the door and could not wait for any representative as we had to leave for the airport. The item of clothing was never handed in by the cleaning staff.

Great location!!!! Extremely responsive, needed blanket for sofa bed and responded by next day.

Furniture had seen better days - sofa bed uncomfortable and no extra blankets provided, just sheets. Limited supplies for a longer stay, no auto-restocking or additional for a 6 day visit - example: single trashbag for 6 days, one small shampoo/conditioner.

Location is super. Kitchen was sparse but has new appliances.

Apartment was over sold.Dishwasher does not work and toilet in master bedroom runs constantly. Feed valve has to be turned off and on when needed. Is an ongoing problem because the valve was turned off when we arrived
