I didn’t stay there because it was not safe area.

I loved how easy it was to check in and check out. I loved how everything in the room I stayed in was thought out for all my needs and comfort.

This is a fantastic, new and modern residence building with everything you will need for a self contained stay. The rooms are spacious and I would have given this place a higher score if it wasn’t for the downright rude behavior of Jordan, who checked me in. Jordan made sure to get me started off on my week long stay on the wrong foot. She was combative, and overall very unpleasant to deal with. She has absolutely no business working in customer service as she is a total turnoff. I felt like cancelling reservation when dealing with her nasty attitude, but my booking was non-refundable. However, on a brighter note, Katelyn, another front desk attendant was totally and completely friendly and customer service oriented. She and the other young ladies working the front desk made me feel welcome enough to stay for an entire week. I would also note that Jordan was so mean and unprofessional that she refused to greet me whenever she was on duty. Very off-puttting indeed and if it wasn’t for the other lovely young front desk attendants and even the friendly housekeeping staff, I would have given this place a worse score.

Like that it was like saying in an apartment.

Staff wasn’t helpful, poor cellular service, room was not well maintained, and location was in an unsafe neighborhood.

It was clean and well stocked. The front desk was very helpful. I liked that I could text with any questions.

There wasn't a bar or anything to hold onto in the shower. There was no parking and I couldn't figure out how to get in the parking lot across the street. No vending machines meant we had to go out for anything.

No breakfast

There is no sign on the building stating it is the hotel and uber could not locate it which took me 2 Ubers and an hour to locate it. I had to be let in by the manager since the door was door was locked this is a very questionable location., as a single women traveling alone I did not like waiting for someone to come to let me in.

The hotel refuse to provide an invoice, which is causing me problems to justify the expense to my bosses. The hotel don't accept Google Pay for the deposit. The place could be cleaner and the location is not the best in the city.

Nice apartment.

Loud partying in building. Homeless people all over outside. Fire trucks and ambulances passing by. Lots of traffic noise Creepy someone's stalking me vibe while in apartment. Not a very comfortable stay. Next.

Rooms were nice. A bit dirty but ok. Bed was comfortable. Couch had burn holes .

The staff. The staff was absolutely terrible. The woman who greeted us was just terrible and should not be talking to clients. She was extremely rude and not helpful at all.

I did like that the venue was close to where I needed to report for work.

The hotel did not provide building access for my entire stay. One of the staff stood and watched me ring the bell for entry and refused to open the door. Thankfully, guests who were leaving were kind enough to open the door for me. Homeless people stand out front asking for money and even followed me around the corner to my taxi. I requested to speak to a manager and was provided an email address. The manager never responded to my request via email for my concerns to be addressed, a formal apology and partial refund for not being able to use my room code for room entry and building entry. Definitely has safety concerns and lack of professionalism from staff.

The pass code to enter building and room is a safety concern. It took me two or three times before it worked. If someone was in back of me, they could easily grab me as I keep trying the numbers. The hotel should reconsider this.

The room was spacious and clean.

Nice staff. Facility is very clean. Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Good security. It was quiet and private- really nice in the efficiency apartment style room.

There is no on-site parking. The closest parking lot is about 2 blocks away. There are some harmless people who are under the influence that hang around in the 2 blocks near the hotel. Small issues for me- but I had a closet shelf that collapsed during my stay and a lamp that did not work.

An overnight flight delay prevented us from arriving and checking in the night we were meant to check in. I called ahead to let the hotel know to please leave our reservation open, and given our delay we would not be able to make it that night, the person on the phone let us know there was no problem and that they would leave a note for the manager. We arrived the next morning, the lady at the front desk was very rude and basically told us our reservation was cancelled and there was nothing she could do, she was very unhelpful in getting us a new reservation, and basically we knew we would not be able to stay there so we left. There were 2 other people at the front desk arguing with her regarding other issues with their stay. She reluctantly called her manager for help. I will say, I spoke to the manager days later regarding a charge from the hotel and she agreed that due to the circumstances we would not be charged for the night we missed, so we do appreciate the manager was able to help.

The room is really clean, and comfortable

No parking lots, and area is not safe.

Very clean and well maintained. Sheets, towels, soaps etc were of good quality. Kitchen well appointed and I liked that they had provided everything from coffee to dishwasher pods to washing machine pods. Great for short or long term stay. The smoothest elevator I have ever been on! You think you never left the floor! Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood isn’t the greatest but that isn’t the property’s fault. We did not feel unsafe but were cautious especially since we parked on the street outside. There were a couple of unhoused people around but we never felt unsafe because of them. Then again that’s DC in many areas.

Layout was nice.

I was charged an additional fee that was for reasons no one can explain. No parking available around the property. Carpet was not clean in the living room. Hair was in the bathroom sink. TV remote had dead batteries. The staff acted clueless in the morning. Very loud outside the building in the mornings.

Clean rooms & very friendly staff. Jordan at the front desk is exceptional!! Thank you Jordan!

No continental breakfast.

It was a very nice place!!!!! Clean, everything looked new and well maintained! The penthouse was a great value and I enjoyed the views. The balcony was awesome and also well maintained and safe!

I didn't like that I could not stay longer. Lol.
