Staff was great!! Their system was down but they kept a great attitude and were so kind!!

Location! The hotel is up one block from my job so when I work late (I live out of town), it's my go to to get a good nights sleep before heading back home.

The hotel was clean and staff were really nice. The hotel was also located in a decent area.

I would stay at this hotel again.

Location and cleanliness of hotel

Only 1 elevator worked making long waits in hallway. Hallways were extremely hot also.

Very easy to check in and rooms were very clean.

The valet parking was very confusing and the attendants did not even talk. We had to search for anyone to help us get our car.

Friendly front desk staff and easy (though pricey) parking. That's to be expected in DC, however.

Wasn¿t able to use parking deck, was full the whole visit. Had to park a couple blocks away from hotel on the street which was very frustrating and wouldn¿t stay here again for that reason.

It was located in a very convenient place for what we were doing and it accommodated our family comfortably.

There was some plastic silverware and old press on finger nails all over the floor and under the beds. The hallways were FREEZING. We were not aware the parking was non-existent, unless we paid for the garage.

It's location! I work one block away from it but live in another state so the location is very convenient.

It's proximity to Nats stadium and the restaurants and bars is great!

For the price it was a good hotel

Valet parking stunk. Bad location in garage and attendants were idiots.

Seemed clean, could open windows, which is rare.

I woke up with hundreds of bed bug bites on my last morning. Told the front desk and did not receive a report until a week later, which stated no bed bug activity. I m covered in bites, and found shells on the bedspring. Do not stay here, esp 71

Did not like the parking situation, expensive. $46/day

The hotel was very close in proximity to a lot of other venues, and very convenient.

Did not like there was a parking fee of 47.50 per night. I wasn''t informed of this additional fee until I arrive at the hotel.
