Hampton Inn Washington, DC/White House

It's general geographical location in relation to the office I had to attended while being in Washington DC.

The shower facility within my room was absolute garbage, the water pressure was almost non-existent. The other complaint was the fact that they only had one working elevator.

The location

The elevator was broken, so I had to take the stairs to get to my room on floor 10. The Bathromm water pressure was low.

The staff are amazing. We really loved the location.

We wished we had a fridge in the room.

The location is great and easy to find. Close distance to the White house.

The room wasn't cleaned for the 4 days you spent at the h�tel. We asked the staff if they could clean the room every other days. Nothing was done. So sad.

The breakfast and easy parking in the city.

The bed was really hard.

Bathroom toilet space was very small for me. Bed was not cleaned as I was itching all night and I had to call and they changed the bedding but could not get another room. I also inquired about disable parking and they said no but to find out there is one

The room size was perfect, clean, breakfast was awesome, friendly staff, reasonable price, safe location, near DAR headquarters where we went daily.

The bathroom light worked the first day but didn't the rest of the time -- was hard to apply makeup.

Very clean. Enjoyed breakfast. Great location

Parking prices too high

This hotel's location is amazing. One block from the metro and a couple of blocks from the White House. Easy walking distance to the Smithsonian and Lincoln Memorial.

Didn't appreciate the overt social stance this hotel took over the front entry. Came for a vacation, not a political/social statement.

The room, hallways, lobby, and breakfast areas were spotless! The hotel itself was convenient to everything and the staff was amazing! Always helpful and supportive of our questions and needs! First trip to D.C. and we could not have had a better trip

I cannot think of anything that comes to mind that was not positive!

Location, ease of getting to the Subway. Staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast tasted good, but usually was not hot, barely warm (eggs, sausage and bacon). Juice was pretty watered down

Perfect location. The Valet/Bellhop  was amazing.

Front desk staff rude, demeaning and inconsiderate. Hotel employee was giving us scathing looks and was generally unfriendly. We over heard 3 front desk staff complaining about us.

Quiet. Nice welcome from front desk at check in and free bottle of water.

Great staff! Very good location close to the White House and Black Lives Matter Plaza!

Everything was great, wouldn’t change anything other than maybe offering FREE INTERNET.

Parking was hard to find so I paid for parking which was $50 dollars a day

I was so please with how clean the room was! Hotel was supposed to be a 2 1/2 star but it felt like a 3 star!

The only thing I did not like was the fact that they only provide valet parking and thought the fee was high! The room was also smaller than I wished for but it was ok for just one night!

Very spacious room. The front desk person, however, was very unhelpful on check-in. I had two separate bookings, and made specific note of this to avoid having to check-in twice, and stay in the same room, to which desk person just ignored me.

When I asked if he had taken care of this at the end of check-in, he said he "had to take care of the next guest," and would look into it "later." Needless to say, I had to come down later and have a different desk person do this, which was very annoying.

Definitely location with its close proximity to the White House, the Monument and other attractions DC has to offer

There were no slippers which I am used to getting from Hampton. The remote did not work and there was hair from a previous patron I believe because it seemed like the sheets were not changed before our visit

location. it was walking distance (for those who want to walk) to all attractions.

nothing that won't prevent me from staying at this hotel again, but would have liked that they had gluten/dairy free options at breakfast. I
