Location, great breakfast, friendly staff, received a sheet of nearby restaurants

It was an adjoining room and with occupants next door you could hear everything.

All seemed to be fine. My mom really liked how comfortable the bed was. Everything was clean.

We wanted a room with a balcony.

I love how clean the hotel is, entire hotel. I love the service. I love the friendly professional staff. Most of all the location was very convenient for the event I attended....

The refrigerator was too small. Cannot put much of anything in eat. I'm vegan, and I travel with vegan snacks the require refrigeration. Sometimes it's hard to find meal to accommodate me, when traveling.

Nice place for a getaway and I have a swimming pool in the inside and the fitness center is really nice I love the Peloton bike

The view of the hotel was good the area was very quiet and peaceful and it was a quick way to get from DC....Maryland to Virginia

My ice machine could have work on the 9th floor had to keep on going downstairs to the 8th floor to get ice but other than that nothing.

Great location. the Bistro was amazing! He demonstrated true hospitality and praised Marriott-Bonvoy. The hosts we dealt with daily were incredible.

The swimming pool was not in operation and that was a proble for our kids.

$52 parking in the garage is extremely expensive and no breakfast was offered

Due to the coronavirus I didn't want to be right beside or across from someone due to the fact that you dont know who comes to the hotels. So, one manager put me in another room but then come to find out I was right next door to someone, NO INTEGRITY.

Room was unclean. Staff was not very helpful or accommodating.

They had $40 a night parking that I didn’t know about till I got there. They waited until the middle of the night to hit my credit card with a bunch of charges they didn’t tell me about up front. They financially ruined my trip. There was also roaches

Location! Seemed to be 4 blocks to anywhere we wanted to go. Staff was fabulous. All of our needs met with anything we asked.

One of the beds in our room needs a new mattress. It wasn't horrible - but not what I expect from Marriott. Not much of a view which was fine for us. We were out and about all day each day.

I loved the location, just a few blocks away from the white house and the Lincoln Monument.

The rooms are super small. There was a lot of vibration over the night due to a subway train beneath the hotel. I hate the fact that parking lot was $50+ per day when surrounding garages offered parking for $20/day. More like a 2.5 star rather than 3

Modern, clean, well appointed, great location and excellent carrot cake!

The heated pool? Was not warm on either day and was not able to be used on the second day because it was too full by the time that it was warm enough. The food is decent but way overpriced.

Great location, very comfortable room and bed, big bathroom, cleanliness in general.

Proximity to national mall and silence in the area

Bathroom knobs weren't great and shower and exhaust wasn't working in restroom

But sadly I almost fainted and fell into glass door out of the shower because no ventilation/ fan in bathroom. Caught myself bruised arm and elbow. Notified hotel employee at check out.

Again, unsafe bathroom. Injuries probe to happen.
