breakfast in the club lounge needs an upgrade with more foods for families, like pancakes & french toast.

It had drinking water in the hallway and the staff were prompt to respond to any requests

The staff ,the bellman and the front desk attendant were very accommodating.

We liked the location and the bed was very comfortable. The room was nicely decorated and we appreciated the daily housekeeping by request. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a nice stay.

We enjoyed our room but the noise of the train outside and the loud sound from the elevator was an issue.

Nice and clean, roof top restaurant/bar, restaurants in walking distance, Lyft prices are very reasonable. 10/10

Pricing for parking is what I disliked about this property. Secured parking deck $40 a day and unsecured parking lot $30 a day.

Location.

Thermostat didn't work. Too hot and cold at times. We were unable to adjust the temperature causing lack of sleep. No microwave in rooms. The one at the end of the hall was dirty.

Location staff was excellent.

Metro noise. But being close is worth it

The room was very clean and spacious.

It was near the train station so be prepared to hear all the honks from the train, at least if you’re on the 8th floor. Also, we couldn’t find ice cubes despite there being an ice cube place signage.

The front desk staff - Lionel was bit rude in his dealing and I would expect a better customer service experience from this brand. Parking is a really an issue. End up paying more that 100 as parking fee in three days!!

Wonderful staff, great location, very clean, comfortable, quiet room; will definitely return.

The service provided by the staff. They were super nice and willing to help out with any issues. For example, I forgot my credit card password because I use apple pay but they find out a way to solve that problem so I was able to pay.

The matress of the bed could be a bit better BUT given how good the rest was I dont see this as a major problem. So this is in my opinion something very minor.

The location was great. Very walkable! Restaurants close by & felt very safe.
