Fantastic location that is convenient to the most vibrant part of DC.
Very low water pressure in the shower. No hot water on one morning. Fumes from the on-site restaurant were leaking into the HVAC on the north side of 4th floor. Housekeeping is too rushed and miss things. 3 out of 4 elevators out of order for several days

Absolutely terrible water pressure in shower. The water trickles out of the shower head. Hotel room floors are not being mopped by housekeeping and they are dirty, as indicated by the bottom of socks after walking around in the room.
Location was great for walking to various restaurants, shops, etc. Staff was very personable and helpful.

Location, location, location! This is situated at the top of the Navy Yard area, nottt too far from the waterfront. A brisk walk and you are by everything, including the Whole Foods across the street.

Location. Room was also nice.
When we tried to check in, we were escorted to a room that was already occupied. Then had to escort another guest to their room before returning to the lobby to receive another room. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. Not a single beer available at the lobby bar.
The hotel was very clean. They offered valet parking which was very convenient. The gym was exceptionally nice. The location of the hotel was perfect. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I was very satisfied with the hotel.
The breakfast could¿ve been a little nicer. They could¿ve offered more options and been more accommodating. The kitchen staff was however extremely kind to me and willing to help me anyway they could.
