Aesthetics and decor. Location as well.

No curbside entrance to the hotel. You have a huge sidewalk that should be cut into to provide a space to drive up to unload. Then you need more luggage carts. 2 is not enough.

It was right beside the conference I was attending

The water for a shower was not hot. The staff had no recommendations for restaurants in Chinatown that was only blocks away and seemed confused but the question.

They put us on the 12th floor and they had a rooftop bar playing music until 2 AM. They should?ve asked us (when saw we were in our 60s) if we wanted a lower floor, but it did not occur to me at the time we checked in that loud music could be heard

Hotel was nice and staff was overall pleasant as a collective.

My hotel booking was booked with a city view as on my confirmation. I did not have a city view, it was of a brick wall. I do not feel the staff did what they could have done to accommodate me and almost felt as if my booking was switched upon arrival.

Location

I was placed on the second floor with poor visibility of the outside. Most of the window was underground and I could only see the top of the street.

What I like most is the 2nd floor view of the street is needed..the rooms are small but cute

My only problem is the elevators even though we stayed on the 2nd floor too much traffic between the customers nd party crowd.?

clean, easy to navigate, close to great food (Shouk, Baked and Wired, and more).

Located just north of Gallery Place / Chinatown and near the Convention Center, the hotel in an ideal location ¿ close to transportation, restaurants / bars, grocery store and many other neighborhood amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Loved the modern and up to date room. We had a pretty decent view and the beds were very comfortable.

There wasn't anything we disliked about the hotel.

No food or drinks, wished the restaurant was open. I did not like walking somewhere else at night.

I did not like being in between several young girls who blasted their music until after midnight. I did ask for a different room upon my arrival and was immediately told no.

My bathroom shower was not properly cleaned, I found hair belonging to a previous guest. There was also a fire alarm malfunction that required us all to exit the hotel at 04:00am one morning, with no explanation or apology from the staff or management.

We spent four nights at this hotel and everything was great, including the staff staff. Walking distance to all attractions and restaurants.

No roof top and no on site parking garage. Seriously. Why would you build a new building, intending on it being a hotel,at the price point that it is and NOT put a garage under it! Makes no sense to me at all. I would not recommend to anyone with a car.
