The closeness to everything and the hotel staff had great customer service.

I just wish they had a pool. Other than that the hotel was exceptional.

This hotel is really nice!! Definitely recommend for couples/singles. It¿s located near plenty of restaurants, banks, convenience stores, etc. I liked the bar! Aside from that, we had a really great stay! The staff greets you each time you enter/leave.

I heard parking was expensive here, so I just parked around the corner. Street parking is a 5 min park away from the hotel, so I¿d just do that. Due to it being the weekend, I only had to pay $10 total for 3 days of parking!

A. $250 deposit for a below than average room B. Staff letting a fairly large indoor gathering where no one in sight was wearing a mask. C. Being told they would be gladly cancel my reservation instead trying to keep me as a customer

The location was perfect for sightseeing, with plenty of great places to eat nearby (try the authentic Greek restaurant next door!).

I love that the hotel was clean and it was about 15 minutes walking distant to the White House. Valet parking was $45 but parking about a block from there was $22 wish was worth it. My husband and I had a great time and loved the cleanliness

This is a very charming and restful place to be; great location, great staff, beautiful room, a most attractive lobby/bar/dining area.

The staff at front desk was very stypicotypical I was told one price for incidental over phone then more as I attempted to check in took me over an hour th o find as location to apply amount to my card for a third employee to try to tell me a third price

Staff was rude,rats and homeless people hanging out in front of hotel,no parking had to park 4 city blocks and walk back to hotel

As typical for this type of hotel, at this star level in a major city, rooms are very small. The view from my window was of the inner walled-in core of the hotel.
