Pros +
- breakfast did not open until 7 and I had to leave by 6:30
- The overall hotel was nice and the staff was helpful and friendly
- We liked the clean rooms and location.
Cons -
- Not guaranteed a room you pay for
- The objective of stay was a brief getaway to enjoy the pool , have a nice dinner and take advantage of the gym then close out the night with a few drinks at the bar. This was not realized. the hotel was overun with kids that made the pool area unusable as well as the gym. a huge group was there and treated the hotel as their living room. Even at 10 pm the bar area was infested with running kids as the parents treated the space as a play area. This was not considerate of the guests staying at the hotel. perhaps have controls in place. Pool hours for kids limited to certain hours and no kids in the bar area at any time. Not to mention hallways became running tracks and elevators amusement rides.
