Hampton Inn Hartford-Airport

The hotel appeared clean and was located in a safe area.

I have booked this hotel twice and both times I have had an issue at check in as my room was not ready or the most recent time, my room was not available. Both time the front desk was rude and unhelpful.

The location of the hotel was exactly where I wanted to be near the airport. You did not hear any outside noise. The stuff was amazing.

The bathroom could be a little bit cleaner at least try to get the little mole area out from around the shower. But nothing harmful.

I like the room was nice and clean smelling fresh, the breakfast was also fabulous

Parking was nearly full. I imagine it could fill up on a busier day.

Vry noisy room on the 4th floor. Difficult to sleep because of highway noise.

Location was great, and it had a nice pool and hot tub (when working).

The breakfast was very average, like every other hotel I've stayed at. The hot tub worked the first night we were there, but when I went back on the 3rd night, it was ice cold, and there were no towels in the pool area.

Personalized follow up texts from the front desk after check in. Peloton in well appointed room. Very hospitable staff. Beautiful seating at breakfast and generous availability of breakfast selections. Coffee station was kept very clean, attentive staff.

Too much room, hallway running and noise past 10pm.

Have to try to attain children from running in hallway when groups stay at hotel. Kids were running in and out of rooms slamming doors. Rules need to be reinforced so guest can feel comfortable.

Staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. Airport transportation is available anytime with very short waiting time to be picked up. Breakfast is decent. If you prefer quiet, ask for an odd number room.

Room could be cleaner as there is stain on the comforter/towels, dust on counter and hair on the floor. The AC is a bit loud

Not a deal-breaker, but there's a ton of construction going on outside, but that's totally understandable!

Clean comfortable hotel close to airport

The location is convenient to our family. We have had much better experiences here in the past.

The updates that they have been doing are being poorly done. Our bathroom had been remodeled and had old caulk, missing caulk, old drywall dust in the corners, and the floor had dirty spots. In addition the neighbors were loud and there was a fight outsid

Location was great! It was a nice hotel, staff just needs to make sure not to take shortcuts on the cleaning.

The room wasn't fully clean. You could tell they didn't switch up the bedding or cleaned all the garbage cans for there was still trash in one can.

Front desk lady really friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back to this hotel. Jacuzzi and pool amazing. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

We were given the wrong type of room upon check-in. Although we were able to get the room we requested eventually, the front desk seemed less than concerned with helping us.

The hotel is near the airport and the I91 highway.

This hotel is expensive for a 2.5 star hotel.
