Shower soaked the entire bathroom floor... Very slippery... NO power vent in bathroom, so room stays wet as you shower. No Breakfast buffet,, everything is pay for breakfast. Carts for luggage, need an overhaul,, bent wheels,, Elevators need maintenance

Many things?-1-staff was horrible. 2. Did not receive featherless pillows as asked. Front desk never called or checked back to even tell us that they never located any. Staff at front desk not around the front when came up front. Internet out at site.

The hotel staff were all very friendly

My refrigerator has not been cleaned out and smelled badly. Also the shower had two shampoo bottles but no body wash. I had a packed schedule so didn?t have time to report it to the front desk.

There were moldy chips under the bed. The TV didn?t work. Staff did move us to a new room but it didn?t have towels or trash bags. The sheets were stained. Overall I?m shocked this is considered a Marriott. Seemed more like a motel.

The shower was terrible. Bad water pressure and as there is no door it felt cold the whole shower. We tried changing rooms but the shower was the same. Disappointing.

Location was great. The hotel was about 25 minutes away from each place I needed to visit.

I didnt like how I had to go down to the desk twice to ask for an Iron and Ironing Board

minimal staff available 5 night stay with no effort on hotels part to do any customer service; we pay the same amount as pre-covid and get no service in return

Comfort of the room, fridge, microwave, workspace and television.

Staff not wearing a face mask due to asthma. Did not feel safe. No door for shower, water leaked onto bathroom floor.

Clean appealing decor and comfortable.One downfall was no creamer in coffee packets. Clean. pretty room and comfortable.

Convenient location, new and very clean

The Bistro was closed. There was no indication on the web site that this was the case. We booked because the dining was on site and we didn’t have to go out as we were traveling through Connecticut.

Too much to list. Most importantly hotel staff would not let me check-in and kept me waiting for over 8 hours!!! Completely unacceptable!!

Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Just a little more cleaning in the shower needed and the stay would be perfect.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are extremely friendly. We asked for extra towels and as soon as they were delivered we received a call from the front desk asking if we had received them & if there was anything else we needed. Highly recommend.

Soooo modern, nice colors in room

The shower stall glass door was too narrow, letting the shower water spray out alittle on to floor of bathroom. A shower curtain over the entrance of the shower stall would have been helpful

The location was great, very clean.

The sheets felt very washed/not soft anymore. Also, our room had the half glass shower door, and water got everywhere.
