Location and the grounds

Cooling was inadequate. Bed was a little soft. The $7 dollar nightly parking fee was flagrant profit taking.

The staff was friendly when I checked in

There was no hot water. Their boiler went out. At 9 PM I was told it would be working in 10 minutes. It still wasn’t working the next morning. I canceled my second day stay. They gave me a $20 refund for the night. It should have been free.

Outdoor pool, cleanliness, friendly staff, location, free breakfast.

The breakfast person was amazing. She was very diligent and kept things so clean. Each station she was aware of to keep clean and food filled.

Almost every night people being loud in the hallway until past 2 am. There was a loud party going on at the bar one of the nights that went on past 2:30 am and I did finally call management but this was unacceptable and should have been shut down.

Shower sealing had paint dropping that was cracked up on ceiling! Did notice till I actually used the bathroom in the morning

Yes no bath in my room and after working out there should be a sauna or hot tub you can in to after the workout.

You don't want to leave it. The rooms are incredibly comfortable. Bathroom and shower is top notch luxurious. Streaming services, refrigerator, comfortable bed and sofa. Darkening shades. You just want to stay in your room.

Bathroom Barn door did not fully close or lock Air conditioner was noisy, erratic and weak. Bathroom shower was old and dirty looking

Yes, there were bugs everywhere, In and outside of the rooms.q

Wasn't told about a $7 a night parking fee until after I checked in. Air conditioning kept shutting down

We were welcomed to the hotel courtesly

The room was very dirty, beds were uncomfortable and the entire hotel had a terrible odor and was musty.

Streaming service

Location of my room next to an exit door; the traffic in and out noisy night and day. Constant opening of exit door also bringing in all kinds bugs into my hotel room. Also, having to pay $7/night for parking.

Something was wrong with my TV I couldn¿t get the streaming channels which was disappointing

The location is pretty good.

Room, hallway and elevator were cold. Not quite as nice as other hotels Ive booked recently at a similar price.

The $250 fee and other charges to my card at check in for incedentals that was not immediately refunded that it cost more than the actual room and caused an issue w the other traveler

Perfect place to sleep when you have a flight at BDL. Clean and quiet and great breakfast!

The room itself was beautiful. It felt like I wanted to live there. The big picture window,the big tv where I could stream my favorite shows, the comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. For that alone, I will be back!

Parking fee was required. The key to get in the room is frustrating. Checking in was a lengthy frustrating experience, even though i had paid for a reservation beforehand.Staff at checkout lukewarm/standoffish.
