The staff were great!

One of the lights didn’t work and the sink drained slowly. Also visible mildew in the bathroom.

90 degrees outside. This hotel's A/Cs are motion-sensitive and shut off when one isn't in the room and ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT. I was told it can't be overridden. INSANE. Also, no room-darkening shades/drapes. Nice and bright (& hot) all night long.

The rooms really need updating in decor

Hilton computers were down. They did not have our reservation, despite the confirmation email and in the app. They had no available rooms and would not grant refunds.

Staff and breakfast were great.

Room was dusty and had cobwebs, sink had a slow drain, shower head was gross, mold on the bathroom ceiling and the sound proofing was abysmal. This felt like a motel 6 and not a Hampton inn.

Great breakfast. Very clean. Kind staff. Good location. I felt safe. A nice a clean, clean, clean updated, well kept hotel.

The staff was incredibly helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was excellent.

Friendly breakfast staff and easy checkout. Breakfast was perfect. We forgot toothpaste and front desk was very cordial. Plus it was Pet Day and our pooch got treats.

The shampoo and soap bottles didn¿t dispense anything, as they were broke. When I went to watch TV-the signal was very low, and the display was scrambled . So bad that I couldn¿t watch TV. I paid close to --- for my one night stay.

I like the location and it is a higher quality hotel than other hotel/motels in Enfield area. I like the complimentary breakfast, and pool, fitness room available too.

The lady at the front desk was awesome I wish I could remember her name. We arrived early and had to wait which was no problem she kept us informed the whole time

The cleaning people were rude and very unprofessional in front of guest check in time was at 3 and they blamed the lady at the desk when it was their fault we did not get into our room until 330 the room needs updating and it smelled of wet dog

Good breakfast, pool and hot tub were clean.

When requesting anything like towels, pool towels, bed linens etc, I had to ask multiple times and wait hours for them to be supplied. Upon check in the staff was rude. She had a condescending attitude and was snarky when I asked about roll a way bed.

Everything was like a hotel should be. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was excellent!

Breakfast could have been a little more accommodating to gluten free individuals.

The best feature of this hotel is the location. It¿s close to Springfield, shopping, restaurants, and major highways.

I had to change rooms twice. The first had a clogged sink and broken toilet, while the second had a leak behind the toilet that flooded the bathroom floor. My third room had a cracked sink, smelled like McDonald¿s, and I could hear the elevator all night
