Pros +
- Location and the lobby and bar area.
- Very well located. Ski valet service was excellent. Children’s facilities were fabulous. Preschool room for the littles and arcade games for the older. Multiple jacuzzis with a heated pool.
- Staff was very helpful. They lent my son a wheelchair for the day. Also gave us excellent tips.
Cons -
- Rooms and bathrooms are incredibly small, no detachable shower head, complementary coffee was not refilled on time (I doubt anyone was checking if it's out), breakfast was very underwhelming and disappointing, main restaurant closed. Value for money was definitely a no go.
- Suite would have been perfect if they had a microwave.
- Cost of valet was not included in the room rate and the hotel does not tell you up front. $62/day when you can get vail village parking largely for free… all in all didn’t feel like there were any perks other than location for the $1000+/night rate. Have to pay to use basic spa facilities as well.

They were able to get us early access to the room and staff were friendly.
